yup http://fios1news.com/longisland/node/27225?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter this is the excitement for the day. THE STUCK OFFICER'S NAME IS JAMES RHODES!! RHODEYYYYYYY more exciting! http://longisland.news12.com/news/storm-strands-cars-in-lake-grove-1.4598641 It's scary bc I go grocery shopping at the store on the corner there . ugh.
Alright.....That is ENOUGH snowblowing for this guy. I cleared out both my driveways and the driveways of two neighbors. My hands are still crinked up in the shape of the handles, lol.
My shed collapsed under the snow, which ranges from 3-4 feet here, depending on where you look. 2 feet my ass.
Bummer. Sorry to hear that, Torque. I was worried about the snow load on my house and shed, but it's been so damn windy there's barely any snow on either. Our weather report says we got 12" here. That's BS! It's at least 18" deep on my lawn, and the pile of snow at the end of my driveway was at least up to my waist!
PLow guy finally came to my complex, we now have 15-20 foot snow banks along the whole parking lot (in the back which is woods then interstate 93) Kinda feels a little like Mega City 1, and over the wall is the cursed Earth ( which right now ain't far from the truth for my area)
ok, so as far as i can guess, no snow fall within my area for the next two weeks. but it will be cold. but it is nothing that the heater can't handle. when grocery shopping, got the important items like bread, milk, egg, fresh meat (sorry animal friend, but i desire your flesh) and the most importantly, some Jack Daniels.
Wow! Like we have in this year! Moscow's citizens cry all this winter, that they tired of snow, but we have only ONE big snow bulldozer for all town (~50000 citizens) and a few small (all others are working in rent Moscow!). We are used to dig out our car during snowy winter... This winter is just such one... I understand you, guys...
I can't even imagine living in Russia, most of that territory seems uninhabitable to me! I'd rather be in Canada than Russia.
tried to make a snow man in the middle of the street and he became taller than me so i gave up and rumble has been snowblown out!
So far only 1 house and the bowling alley collapsed around here, not sure how it fairs elsewhere. Everyone from my area that I know from the forum is ok, I don,t think they plowed G1wheeljacks town yet though. Which is where I go to school and school remains open, grr!
