Finally got around to doing a photoset for my Lawson's Blackout, so here's some shots of all three recolors.

And finishing with Lawson's Blackout by himself:

Hmm I like Lawson's better in alt mode, but in bot mode i still prefer the original. Evac is too much it's own figure so I won't judge it in the comparison.

Very nice. I agree with Sureshot, though... Lawsons wins for copter mode, mass release wins for 'Bot mode

The coolest thing about Lawson's Blackout is he FEELS different. He feels gritty, like they rubbed him over with sandpaper a but before boxing him up.

Yeah, original US version looks more spiffy in robot mode with all that black.

i personally like the lawsons better in both modes....but i probably cant afford him, so i'll stick with what ive got....its amazing how a little change in paint can drastically affect the outcome of a toy....

Hopefully the Premium Blackout will be well done and affordable. I know I'll be adding it to my Blackout collection.

I'm hoping that the Premium Blackout IS the Lawson's Blackout, which isn't impossible. Or at the very least, we get a mini-Scorp that looks that good. If the Lawson's robo mode had some happy medium between the tan color it used and the normal one's black, it'd be a winner hands-down.

I'm kinda hoping Premium Blackout won't be so baby blue, and more dull grayish like the real thing.
Ah well, I still love the mold and plan on picking up Evac as soon as I can find him.
