In this shot you can see M’Baku’s boat zipping closer and closer in the background so he can try to get the fish man.

 

Oh mah goodness, M’Baku was the best. He and Queen Ramonda were constantly “chewing up the scenery.”

I’m curious what role he’s given in a potential BP3. Speculation is that it will certain around a Wakandan civil war and if that’s the case, I hope he doesn’t become a villain.

 

If M’Baku ever becomes a villain then this subfranchise is probably toast, he’s undergone such great character development. He steals the show every scene he’s in.

 

Maybe more a main antagonist than outright villain? In the comics he is a villain but seeing as how he's been depicted in the MCU it would suck to turn him into a mustache twirling villain.

Maybe, since it seems he's king at the end of WF, that he and Shuri as Black Panther are the protagonists and someone else may be villain? They already setup a thing between Namor and Wakanda with the mid-credit scene so maybe as M'Baku, Shuri and Namor work on that alliance, someone else disagrees with that and a Civil War breaks out? I mean, Wakanda has been isolated from the rest of the world. Ever since they started letting outside world leak in, they've been attacked by aliens in IW, had vibranium stolen from them, Killmonger take the throne and almost start a war with the world, Wakanda flooded and attacked by Namor and his people. I could see maybe a civil war breaking out over making the argument to return to being isolated to the benefit of Wakanda.

That's my hwlf-baked guess anyways.  

 

I want to assume that Wakanda will be invaded by the Skrulls at some point, when they get to that invasion story line. I mean with all of that technology and vibranium, one would assume the Skrulls would want that for their war. And then this would cause a truce with Namor's people who end up aiding Wakanda against the Skrulls. I'm just spit-balling here.

 

That would be boring; they basically did a civil war already in BP1, with T'Chala's faction vs. Killmonger's faction.

Wakanda & Namor versus Doctor Doom, please.
