    Admittedly, I prefer Lightning as part of the Outsiders, but I'd give this a shot.

    Black Vulcan was used in place of Black Lightning for the cartoon, but yeah, the idea is the same.

    This seems like it could be pretty awesome. Though I hope it ends up as part of the CW where it belongs. Much like Supergirl should have been from go.

    Nope Black Vulcan was created because they couldn't get the rights to Black Lighting at the time. Kind of like how they had the Justice Guild on the Justice League cartoon instead of the JSA due to rights issues.

    They'll probably do like Arrow, and have him form the Outsiders a couple seasons in.

    That would work for me, as long as WB eases up on the character restrictions, and allows Katana to be on the team. I know Batman would never be part of the show, and that's fine -- Jefferson can lead.
