    The package name is actually "Black Arcee"? Did they run out of better descriptive words or something?

    First there was "battle damaged", then came "Nightwatch"...now we just have the color name. WOW, imaginative! =P

    This is a TakaraTomy product, though. Black (insert name) is something Takara does fairly regularly with their black redecos. Hence characters with names like 'Black Convoy'.

    Given it's in bad taste (not to mention a poor name) in the west, Hasbro would use something like 'Nemesis' or 'Dark' in this situation.

    Not sure if we are getting an American release, but my clear Protoforms are taped the same way. If I recall what SydneyY said, that's pretty standard.

    Unfortunate that it's shaping up to be Japan-only. Oh well, I imported Incinerator, I can do the same for this. I passed on the original Arcee so I could get this one.
