I will say, in all seriousness, Gates has done an extraordinary job with his foundation. And beyond that, he's leading a change in philanthropy that demands results, not just good feelings and back slaps.

Exactly. I love what the guy does for charities and the people around him. Give him kudos for this video and the fun he pokes at himself. I curse his OS sometimes, but thanks to him and his OS team we can all enjoy Halo and the vast titles of games to play on it. And hey, what's the no love for the $7 haircut crack?!
