I have 2 BH Wheeljack, one of them his whole arm is stuck cause I accidently put too much superglue on his loose joint and now it's stuck and also his wheel is not turning. So I figured why not replace his whole arm. I managed to take out his whole arm, but now I am having hard time putting it back on, did I brake it? I posted a picture and I circled in black
If you broke the ball joint then indeed its toast.. However you can use a light mixture of acetone to remove the glue, but be careful you might melt the plastic.. If the ball is stuck in the joint, acetone is your best bet, but don't expect perfect results.. Chances are its toast..
I didn't break his shoulder, I managed to take it out. But now I am having a hard time putting back again.
Take a look at the ball joint socket... If you see any stress marks or breaks.. thats your problem.. I have a RID Prowl I bought a few years back and the right door ball socket was broken.. I ended up filling it with epoxy putty and using my rotatory tool and used to to router a new socket.. It wasn't perfect but now the door stays on and rotates..
