He contacted me after buying a yellow cliffjumper ko on ebay, talked me up a few times and I stupidly paid him PP as F&F, then has been jerking me around for 3 weeks saying he going to ship it meanwhile he listed it up on ebay. What a scumbag, and he was all about Kung-Fu and honor yeah right!

 

This guy is such a scumbag, every time I confront him about ripping me off he raises the price of the red Beachcomber ko. As if he's ever going to sell it for 200X the original price XD_ _ _

 

i filed a ethics report with his top secret company there, how can they employ such a person in a position of power that has no literally integrity? That's about all I can do in this situation, I tried pleading with him to just end this and send it to me or at least refund me. It's been over a month now and I have no other recourse. As easy as it would be to screw his ebay account over purchasing something, forcing a return and returning a brick or what not, I'm a seller too and just cant bring myself to do something shady like that. It just really sucks knowing that this guy is just laughing at me, he said he couldn't believe I was making such a fuss over $60 and I told him that it was the principle of it all. He just didn't get it and just wants to talk and talk and talk. It's crazy I think I caught him going through a mental breakdown or something.

 

I also reported him to ic3.gov a FBI internet crime complaint center. This is just about your only recourse for friends & family Paypal payments. Filing a police report for theft in his hometown would be another avenue or taking them to small claims court in their town.
