Tell me who/what do you think is the ultimate & worst evil.I think Starscream for best,because when you can't fully die,you'd have to pretty evil & mutant-y to achieve that.& worst is Megatron (movie) because he could have back stabbed his bro when they weren't picking sides,let the Bots be unorganized & taken 'em out 1 by 1.
Movie 1: Arghh I'm Megatron I'm frozen for most of the movie Movie 2: Arghh I'm Megatron and I'm sucking up to someone that had no mention before Movie 3: Arghh I'm Megatron an- oh wait, he's already dead. I thought they were going in a good direction with desert bandit hobo Megs in the third movie, but it sucks that he did so little. Animated Megs and BW Megs for god tier.
Shockwave is that best, He is more threatening. Starscream the worst, All his evil plans involve kicking out Megatron from leader more that destroying Autobots.
Best: Tie between G1 (Marvel) Shockwave, TFA Megatron and BW Megatron. Shortlisted: G1 (Masterforce and LSOTW) Overlord, G1 (Marvel) Thunderwing, G1 (Marvel) Bludgeon and G1 (Marvel) Scorponok. Special mentions: Angry Archer and Professor Princess. Worst: Tie between Primacron and Movie Fallen.
The best would have to be Sentinel Prime because if Megatron didn't betray him then he would have killed Optimus then fixed and restart the Pillars. The worst would be Protoform #106. Every generic is worthless but he was worse.

Movie Megs gets a bit of a raw deal I feel. He did rip Jazz apart with his bare hands and blow a hole through Prime's spark, and he was on the verge of victory in TF1 if not for Spielberg insisting that Sam kill him with the cube at the last minute. If they had kept the Fallen out of the second movie and made it all Megatron as the focus of the Decepticons then he would have seemed pretty badass. It took JetPrime to force him to retreat. Sadly DotM Megs is a pussy.
My list is pretty long for best villains in TF lore. Worst villain goes to RotF the Fallen. He's one character in Transformers I can't stand.
Best: Starscream (from any continuity tbh) TFA and TFP Megatron, Chumley (duh. he's the obvious choice), SG Optimus Prime Worst: Any of the human villians in TFA, ROTF Fallen
Best Villain: BW/BM Megatron- no one matches him in pure asshole evil. He's not my favorite character, but def. the best villain. Worst Villain:Movie Fallen. hate to jump on the bandwagon, but he really didn't do anything. He was built up as a threat and got his ass handed to him.

Best is Predacon Megatron hands down. He was the most successful and competent villain. Worst is movie Megatron. The movies were full of just plain awful characters and choosing one is hard.
Best Villains: LSotW Overlord, DotM Sentinel, TFA Megatron when he was actually allowed to cut loose, Beast Era Megatron, Silas, Rampage, Tarantulas, and TFA Shockwave. Even Movieverse Megatron was great, especially in his quieter moments in the first two movies. Worst: TFA's human villains, RotF Fallen (he was a bastard, sure, but due to the rushed production of the film, he fell short), RID Megatron (he looked great, but did nothing), G1 Megatron/Galvatron (ineffective cartoon villains; also, Galvatron's kind of crazy would have been better off replaced with Joker-style insanity.

True. Which is why I feel compelled to point out some of Megatron's scenes, specifically his Mission City fight, his warehouse scene before Optimus arrives, and his conversation with Starscream aboard the Nemesis.
So, people simply answering the question that was asked by naming movie Megs and/or The Fallen as their "worst villains" means they are movie haters? Interesting. Weird how no G1 fans are whining about seeing G1 Megs name come up just as often in the answers.
