Ah, what the hell. In a year's time, I'll still be saying Age of Extinction.

    AoE just takes the cake, sure it has problems, but every character got a decent amount of lines and screen time, (apart from maybe the Dinobots) which is more than can be said for the previous 3...however;

Dotm is a close second, no idea why, it technically should be the least favourite of mine, as it kills off all the main cast of cons, however that is also a good thing, opens the doors for new cons to take the spotlight for a change. Loved the story of this one, and the human cast is a bit more tolerable (Meering is my favourite human character of the trilogy)

1st movie is 3rd, but that does not mean i find it bad. It's a good film, but as a transformers film, it falls flat from the above 2.

Rotf is good when u want to watch explosions and some pretty badass moments...I will never watch that film for it's story. Compared to the other 3 it's all over the place.

Nah, I tried to enjoy it, honestly. And I admit that most of my problems with the movie are opinion based. I used to be a defender of the movie series. Heck, I still am. But like I said, this is the first time that I walked out of one of a movie from the series and been able to say that I didn't enjoy the movie as a whole.

-My issue with Transformium has NO relation to Geewuning. It just seemed pretty out there to me. When it was introduced, for me, it was less "COOOL", and more "Um,, okay.... but how does...wait.. what?"

-Lockdown is Cybertronian. Attinger was hunting Cybertronians. I don't see what confrontation could have occurred that would have ended with them being buddies instead of Lockdown obliterating the human troops after they fired on him.

-I honestly missed most Lockdown's "Knight Dialogue" and I assumed it was just banter.

-So he got the boots in the scene where he freed the Dinobots? Hm. Guess I just didn't exactly see him tying his jetboot shoelaces at any point. And were they really not useful at all up until the point where he flew the humans away after killing Lockdown? I mean, why ride a Knight when you're Iron Man....

-I see your point, but his disappearance in this film was ACTUALLY a disappearance. In ROTF, it was clear that Megatron was leaving. The last scene I remember Galvatron in was him scrambling around during the battle. Less closure on his retreat here than in ROTF.

-I laughed maybe twice at Tucci. The elevator scene did nothing for me, and neither did his milk.

-I should have been clearer. I meant their aim with their weapons. Two instances that come to mind are when the helicopter misses 5+ times while firing missiles at Rusty OP, and when the Vehicons are shooting at the humans on the rooftops.

-And about the wolves... For starters, I'd probably try my luck with the wolves than venture out onto the anchor. Seemed the only reason they didn't fall was, well.... the plot. I would have at least TRIED to fight off the wolves, especially considering I'm now armed with a gunblade that's been kicking ass left and right up to this point.

Yeah, AOE had some of the best stuff we've seen so far in these movies (i.e. character interaction), but I PERSONALLY can't say I like the movie as a whole.

My thoughts exactly. And you could say the TF prime series intro was cut as a movie. Oh and also Predicons Rising is a movie.

    :)

Also, AoE has the shortest final battle. It's about 16 minutes long.

    1: TF07
    2: DOTM
    3: ROTF

    4: AOE

The lack of car parts in robot mode and transmorphing bugged me to no end. It wasn't even a Transformers film anymore.
