If money was no object, what would be the best version of Starscream a person could possibly buy?

I’d like to keep it to HasTak unless people really, really favor a third party figure for whatever reason.

    Earthrise for G1 accuracy.
    Siege for posability.
New version of the Cybertron one for all around fun.

Agree 100%, although I'd also add Reactivate Starscream in the "fun factor" category. I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed that figure.

I agree with this but wanna add to it. The Siege and Cybertron versions all practically the same possibility wise however the Cybertron one has the benefit of being newer and easier to find.

I like the energon Starscream mold the most. I love the ghost zombie look the mold has, it has a giant awesome sword and cool wing canons. If don't like the ghost look, Get him in his Super verison which gets rid of the translucent plastic and gives him a more G1 color scheme. If only this mold had gotten a new head g2 Smokescreen inspired head and we had gotten BWII starscream from the mold :sad. We could have had the best starscream ever made.

Mentioning bwii starscream, there is also Hellscream, made from the Superb cybershark mold. He's a handsome devil. My copy suffers from very brittle black plastic for some reason. There is also the beloved G2 Smokescreen mold which also made from an excellent starscream as well.

Out of the several (or more) versions of the seekers that I have, Siege wins without question. But it being a Cybertronian tetrajet type isn't for everyone. The only real flaw is that the chest part should have rotated to hide the fake cockpit at the back of the jet mode.

The Reactivate is a great jet type version but the gaps and range of some of the articulation is what takes it down for a few points.

The BBM tetrajet version is pretty good for a "live" version.

As far as a G1 F15 styled version, none exist that I can consider truly good. Each one that I can think about has way too many flaws.

Thrilling 30 armada starscream. Weapon storage, landing gear, okay robot range for a deluxe of the time, and you have the option of the takara colors if you prefer those to the hasbro.

Definitely my favorite G1 voyager Seeker. The earth mode was the more appealing alt mode but man, the robot mode on Siege both looked better and had way better articulation. I actually still like the old CW Leaders too for the IDW bot mode and jet mode but they aren't as good overall as the Siege mold.

If I were to pick a favorite, it'd be the Cybertron one because nostalgia, but the Siege mold is made better and more articulated.

Pretty much any version of Cybertron SS......except that gigantic one.
FE Prime SS is also a phenomenal figure.

As soon as MMC makes a ReFormatted IDW seeker, we'll have the best one.

    Likely won't happen, so....
