Which do you think are the best Scout/Legends sized figures in terms of articulation, weapon storage/integration, overall appearance, etc etc.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO OWN THE FIGURE(S)

I like the generations legends class e.g, Cosmos, Gears, Swerve, Tailgate.
    Also RTS Windcharger.
And DotM Guzzle, but his arms were a bit too hollow imo, so I sold him.

I don't actually have any of the figures mentioned above, still looking to buy them a a decent price, but I'm judging this from reviews and such.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but who? Reveal the Shield didn't have a Cliffjumper and with the size class restriction, I'm not sure who you're talking about. I'm guessing you mean a version of the Henkei Legends class, but I don't want to make an assumption.

Back to the topic, Tough question.

I'll start with TAV Runabout. Love that little dude. Swap his packaged for a gun of your choice and he's a great figure. I'm also quite partial to TAV Rumble and Frenzy.

BM Obsidian. Great little helicopter guy.

Energon Dive Bomb. At the time, it was one of my more favored molds. I enjoyed the transformation quite a bit and the energon guns/boomerang weapon I thought was neat and would often float around.

Cybertron/other lines Hardtop. I actually prefer the movie versions more muted color palette, but it's still an interesting little sniper.

ROTF Dirt Boss and Divebomb. Both are rare alt-modes and executed quite well. Dirt Boss being a forklift and Divebomb being a "Red Baron" style WWI biplane. Both have neat transformations, well articulated, and different.

The modern Insecticons are quite fun, as is Viper. Shockwave is on another level and one of my favorites as well. Unlike the aforementioned, I don't have these, but the upcoming Gnaw and Brawn both look very good as well.

A lot of the Energon Combiner limbs were fantastic examples of Scouts. Blackout, Treadbolt, Bonecrusher, Sky Shadow were my favourites and I still never understood why we didn't get a Powerglide from that particular A-10 mold. Whoever designed those guys....gets my respect.

Breacher, Armorhide and Windcharger are rightly highly regarded too.

I'm less enthused by the Bay-esque Scouts and there were quite a lot of those but Hubcap gets a pass because He is the closest I'll get to a ZZ-Top Transformer.

Windcharger is good, but in terms of Scouts, I think Breacher wins. He's damn near perfect for his size class.
Hubcap is another one that deserves respect. He looks excellent in both modes, and has enough articulation to be loads of fun.
United Frenzy and Rumble are also decent and quite heavily articulated. They also look great with Voyager FoC Soundwave.

Shockwave, Breacher, and TAV Runabout have to be my favorite legends/scout sized figures.

Breacher all the way. That guy set a new standard. I never had a toy with no real characterization immediately appeal to me as much as that one. The articulation, complexity, & detail for such a small toy is very impressive.

all of these. I'd have to say Breacher is probably the absolute best, on top of everything else that's been said, he's got a spectacular head sculpt.

I'd also add Legends Cosmos and Shockwave, the Power Core Combiner boat ~ Undertow i think? and the ROTF BiPlane, Ransack? for the shear audacity of it.

(most any ROTF/RTS/HFTD-era Scouts are worth the effort, except maybe the 'chopper)

he had a great Vehicle mode, and i really liked the darker maroon color they used, but his arms and feet were pretty clunky.

Oh, how did I forget E. Divebomb, that was a super clever mold.
