I actually really like the Ravage that came with Hound...but you have to paint him.

I vote SDCC GI Joe crossover Ravage.

I'd vote for ML USB Ravage if he had connecters for some missiles on his legs.

I'm sorry, but MP Ravage is the hugest let down for me. He only looks good when looking at him from the front angle. His back legs and missiles doesn't resemble the animation at all.

If any MP needs a redo, its MP Ravage.

Hm, you already have the two I would recommend, G1 and Device Label. There really aren't a lot of great Ravages out there.

yeah.. you get working on that.

getting the ravage they did out of a cassette that size WITH the missiles attached, is amazing. there's no need for a redo because i don't think it can be done any better.

perhaps you should take your own advice and just use a substitute for jaguar mode.

i actually dig that mold ~ all the Energon beasts were really cool (eh, except maybe Cruel Lock, his transformation was seriously lacking) Dive Bomb is still probably one of my all-time favorite molds from the Basic size class.

Yes, I do own the SDCC, and it looks sharp next to MP Soundwave. He is bigger so it scales better too.

Including the cannons and lasers was a noble design intent, and it worked VERY WELL for Laserbeak, but they should have left them off of Ravage, and just included it as an attachment. IMHO he would have turned out 10x better.

How would he have turned out better.. I agree with you that the sdcc version looks much better, but even without the built in missiles, masterpiece ravage wouldn't have been any better.

Yea, the KO's are always a shot in the dark. I bought 3 different ones from ebay with all of them being a little off. In the end I ordered one from Tony at chimungmung:

He's great, and I believe he's the official version with out the usb inside.

Well yeah, it is a great figure... remolded and limited to Japan. But $200 is an overpriced auction... $115 is typical, and can be bought at that price with a little patience

I have almost all versions of Ravage. Still trying to find the X-9 Jaguar for a decent price cause he was probably the coolest version of the character ever. "Deceptions forever!" Probably the most G1 accurate would be the masterpiece one. The Device Label one isn't bad but masterpiece has it beat. If you're looking for a version of Beast Wars Ravage that doesn't cost an arm, a leg, and you're first born child, the Alternators Battle Ravage works pretty well ( the Tracks retool) and if scale isn't an issue, the Alternators Jaguar is pretty great.

G1 Ravage always looks ready to pounce. It's my favorite.

There were two different KOs of the device label ravage USB drive. One was terrible, didn't even look like the original. The other, which was a near-perfect copy, is great!

    I have,
    - G1 Reissue
    - Universe 2.0
    - Rotf Legends
    - Rotf Deluxe
    - Rotf Deluxe (mail a-way)
    - Generations Fall of Cybertron
    - Alternators Battle Ravage

I think that is all of them, and My favorite would be Universe 2.0. Of what I don't have (mixed with what I do), Device Label has the coolest looking cat mode. I'm a little hesitant because his alt mode doesn translate too well into the ransformers realm, but his cat mode is awesome looking.

Yeah, I really dig the Energon basics too. I'm honestly surprised that Hasbro never made G1 themed repaints of Battle Ravage or Divebomb as either G1 Ravage and Lazerbeak/Buzzsaw, G1 Predacons Divebomb and Rampage, or as Pounce and Wingspan. A lot of potential with those two.
