I picked up TR Wheelie last week and I'm lovin' him. He's way better than the Universe toy and an almost MP-worthy representation of the character. That got me thinking: What kind of small Transformers do you like? Your picks must be Scout class or smaller.

I think I'd be better off listing the ones I don't like, as it would only be a few of them.

Scouts/Legends from the past 3-4 years have been phenomenal. One of my absolute favorites is Bulkhead from the PRiD line.

    RTS Scout Windcharger.

even though i'm not a movie guy, the Scout Biplane mold from ROTF was seriously amazing.

    T30 Legends Cosmos

Energon Dive-bomb (love the way his wings become his legs)

Oh well, the Movieverse has had a couple of glowing entries. Knock-out, the motorbike that looks SUSPICIOUSLY LIKE WASPINATOR is pretty great, as is hilariously rickety Ransack the WW1 biplane. I really, really wish there were more WW1 or WW2 vehicles to keep him company.

It's tough to pick out standouts. Almost all the minibots lately have been great. But if you cornered me on the subject, I'd have to agree with RTS Windcharger. I even passed on the CW version because I had him. Kind of too bad we never got a G2 Skram from that mold...

So much character and creativity in them both.

I thought that mold was pretty terrible ~ decent car mode but way to IDW/Stylized/Organic looking in the limbs plus the huge shoulders/tiny waist and skinny legs thing that's left over from the MTMTE launch redesigns (SOOO glad Titans Return has generally eschewed that aesthetic). I'd love a redone Tailgate someday who looks more like a G1-verse character and less like he's from TF Prime or something.

HFTD(?) Scout Hubcap, that mold is AMAZING. (and locks together so well)

Breacher. That mold has more complex and satisfying transformation then most modern deluxes.

All awesome choices. Classics Legends Seeker mold (not the recent seeker Legend mold). The recent Legends insecticons come to mind as well.

Oh man. This topic is almost pointless for me... I live for the smaller bots. I'm going to try to limit it to one per line.

G1 Ravage: Genuinely one of my favorite TFs, period. Not sure how well he fits into this topic, but I had to mention him.

G2 Hooligan: I love everything about this figure. From the robot mode, to the color scheme, to the name, to the alt-mode. Almost perfect. I would still like a remold of CW Air Raid as Hooligan, though.

Machine Wars Megaplex: Even though he's clearly supposed to be Megatron. An excellent figure in pretty much every way. I love the colors.

Beast Wars Basic Crocodile Megatron: I bought this set for Primal, but I wound up loving Megs so much more. He just oozes personality, and his tail/gun has a lot of playability (overhand? Underhand? Gun? Stabby tail?)

Beast Machines Tank Drone: A near perfectly screen accurate version of Tankor and an army builder to boot. Scavenger gets an honorable mention, but fails because of how excited I was to have an accurate Tankor.

RID Spy Changer X-Brawn: I bought the set for Scourge, but I wound up liking X-Brawn more. He has that giant punching arm. I have two of them.

    Energon Divebomb: NINJA BIRD.

Cybertron Legends Sunstorm: Wait, they managed to put most of the functionality of the Supreme toy into a Legends-class figure and give it a fetching color scheme to boot? Sold.

TF07 Legends Bonecrusher: I like him more than the full-size toy, and I love the fullsize toy!

Animated Activators Thundercracker: Such a nice color, and such an excellent toy.

Universe 2.0 Legends Megatron: G2 getting a reference is always great, and this is a near perfect little toy. I also have the Japanese Hero redeco.

ROTF Depthcharge: Choosing one ROTF figure was near impossible, but I'm going to have to go with this guy. Unusual alt-mode, great looking robot mode, and he's got weapons, which is a rarity for figures of this size.

RTS Windcharger: This would have gone to Demolition Rumble if he came out, but Windcharger it is. What a great little figure, though.

DOTM Soundwave: The G1 redeco of the ROTF Legends figure. I love that figure so ridiculously much, and here it is in better colors!

Gonna take a break... be back with more later.

I don't own any of them, but any figure in the Cyberverse class should be magnificent. Tiny, well-detailed versions of some noteable characters from different TF timelines that you can transform in seconds are heaps of fun for both the grownups and the children. I honestly wish there were combiners on the Cyberverse scale.

Armada Airazor's Minicon Nightscream is a favorite, it has great articulation for such a small robot. I also really love Cybertron Ransack and all of the Energon Basics. I really regret selling my Energon combiners, not because of the combined modes (which were decent) but because of their awesome individual modes.

The Micro Transformers from the Transformers Zone line. This was before they went back and introduced the Operation Combination cast (within this category) as Micromasters.

Hubcap there is one of my favorite toys in my collection, period. My only complaint is that he lacks 5 mm holes for hands.
