These, and Indiana Jones. I can't really decide which one I like the most.

The Star Wars theme makes me sit up in my chair.

The Indiana Jones theme makes me want to get chased by the natives.

The Superman theme makes me feel like I can fly.

    John Williams wins.

    There are far too many!

One of the best, in my opinion, is The Force Theme, from Star Wars, so skillfully weaved by John Williams into all the films. In many ways, it is THE theme of Star Wars:

Star Wars - Binary Sunset - YouTube

Star Wars Ep.IV - Final Scene (Throne Room) & End Credits - YouTube

There are also the numerous, highly developed themes from Lord of the Rings, but I have a special liking for the Hobbit theme, expressed here:

The Fellowship of the Ring Soundtrack-02-Concerning Hobbits - YouTube

The Lord of the Rings: In Dreams - YouTube

It is really amazing how Howard Shore interweaves that with the Fellowship theme. This is such a beautiful theme I feel a rush of emotions every time I hear it.

That's all for now, I'll be posting some other favorites in the future. But these two have the uncontested high seat for me.

The Star Wars score is greater than every other movie score.

I absolutely love the score for Lord of the Rings.

John Williams has also made so many memorable scores, many of which are my favorites. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter.
