I came in here looking for this thread and didn't find it so I created one. I'm having a hard time remembering all the great lines from it but I'll start off with a couple. At the beginning when Optimus is hiding under the barn and he pops and and says "HERE I AM" I loved it! Hound was one of my favorite characters and when he was fighting the drones at the end he said "I'm like a fat ballerina" hahahaha. Post your favorite lines here. I'm hoping someone remembers Optimus' speech right before they ride the dinobots into battle
Some of my favourites were: Crosshairs' "This is the problem with him, he's the kind of leader that makes you want to die for him." (Pretty sure I haven't got that 100% right, but close enough). When Grimlock first transforms to Dino mode and an utterly shocked Drift says "I was expecting a giant car..." And the line from Optimus that got me excited for the next film (even though it's not officially confirmed): "I send this message to my creators, leave Planet Earth alone. Because I'm coming...for you."
Well, everything that Optimus said is gold. As well as all the Bumblebee scenes. And Ratchet before he.... You know?
I think he said "you see my face your live gets thick" or "you see my face your live is dead" (strange line hum?)

I'd have to say most of the punchlines in general. Lines were delivered in a very deliberately cartoon type of way by all voice actors, and most of Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci and Kelsey Grammar stuff is golden. The lines are nothing special but the actors really are good at playing their cliche. This script was pure cartoon cheese, and Bays choices this time were actors that do cheesy pretty well. Even Optimus emotion in this one is so over exaggerated it's clear they went out of their way to show his feelings. To the point of it being overacted. "They SLAUGHTERED RATCHET! "(Slams fist into ground) Also, "I know I took an oath not to kill humans. But when I find out who's responsible for this... I'm going to kill him." The rules have indeed changed.

"Honor to the end" - Prime, after literally stabbing and killing a con from behind while they were distracted. Hehe.
God damn, quoted for truth. I was floored by everything from that scene. Optimus' fury, the heavy damage he took, and especially Peter Cullen's delivery. I have to wonder how Peter took recording this film, after he already disliked "Give me your face" and "We will kill them all." Nope. He had the line right. Honestly you're the one who made it strange.
Optimus: "You have no soul!" Galvatron: "THAT IS WHY I HAVE NO FEAR!" That line made chills go down my spine!
