Hey guys, I've recently got into collecting figures based on designs from the 2005 IDW comics universe. I managed to mostly complete a collection of the MMC reformatted figures that replicate the comic designs as well as the maketoys swerve and tailgate. I'm aware hastak have also made a few IDW inspired figures but I can't find a very comprehensive list of them anywhere. I currently own T30 spinger, brainstorm, bumblebee, megatron, windblade, and CW ultra magnus. What other figures, be they official or 3P, would you recommend for a collection such as this?
I eould think some of the Tr toys would work for characters aswell. I also think there was a 3rd party idw whirl.
I have the MMC whirl which fits quite nicely in the group even though he's not 100% accurate. As for TR I plan to pop the jumpstarters with the rest since they fit the aesthetic well and are generally brilliant figures, I would probably consider including some of the double targetmasters and potentially siege flywheels (to go with MMC Tesarus ) too. My question was more geared towards specifically IDW inspired figures though, mostly any that I may have missed from hastak, but also any other good offerings from 3P (beyond mmc).

T30 skids is a must for it and also tr chromedome and rewind are idw inspired. Toyworld Orion is probably the closest idw optimus, or the combiner wars one with the upgrade kit. T30 Jetfire is his body in the final years, or the original classics if you want his stormbringer look from the start of the continuity. Victorion is idw, as well as the rest of the combiner wars figures. Drift and t30 windblade as well. Oh, and t30 trailcutter for his mtmte look. Generations sunstreaker, i don't think he changed out of that body after ahm. Titans return arcee is a fairly close idw arcee.
