I was actually just contemplating this tonight, and then reading through this thread came across your post.

It definitely looks more G1, and perhaps a little nicer overall.

Looks alright but the weird "soft" filter on the pics really makes it hard to judge the details of the mold - looks like a soften mask or something to take out some grain from pictures?

It looks beautiful but that fact the turret torso just sits off to side in every mode but city kills this thing for me.

Still love the look - still waiting for it to be in stock. To think I was worried about April being too expensive.

It's very nice, but too rich for my blood for the set.

Do the guns have pegs to attach in City or Carrier mode?

    Doesn't look like it :(

When Vangelus did his video review, he suggested that they don't, and from the Weibo pics Daimchoc posted, it appears that the guns are simply wedged in place in city mode.

It's a shame because I was pretty much on board with this one up until now, but having seen some more pics of TFC's offering - pegged in place in city mode, and with LOTS of fan-mode options - I'm considering jumping ship.

Would like to see some more reviews (of both items), though.

I am not sure if the guns are pegged in or just sitting on top of the knee caps. Still I like the look of them there.

Yeah, they do look like they are just resting there. Its fine, just wondering if they do peg on anywhere for more options, rather than having to be balanced.

Rather than TFC's why not wait for the basic sized sixgun and slammer, we know they peg in in ever mode, sixgun is more in scale with other TFs rather than being combiner sized plus slammer gets his own robot mode finally.

I'm honestly considering getting all three versions of Sixgun. They all have their own cool little features and things I like.

True, TFC has some impressive guns (I may get that for the shoulder cannons alone) BaA has just an amazing looking robot mode, the other one who's name I can't remember is so functional and has multiple uses he's worth getting even if you don't have metroplex.

EDIT: Iron Factory, that's who's making the smaller set. Iron Factory.
