Damnit, you just sold a Beelzeboss kit and convinced me to not sell my Grand Convoy set.

Great to see you've made much better use of it than I could.

Well he's cool and want I wanted in a Optimus for a long time but he does have some problems and doesn't stay together as well as I'd like. I'd need the upgrades for his hands and feet for better possibility. Still a Wicked Prime to have but not easy to transform.

I've considered either/or with the upgrade kits for this mold for a while, but they really seem to be more hassle than they're worth. Not only that, CW Prime has become exceedingly rare to acquire and I only have one of him, so why should I risk tearing apart and permanently damaging him to make him a bit taller and more kibble-y?

It's only worth it if you don't have value for the figure elsewhere. I personally think the Beelzeboss set looks a lot better than CW Prime as a standalone figure and torso despite its fiddliness, and fortunately it is pretty easy to reverse in case I do change my mind.

So mine came in this weekend, since I had pre-ordered the thing in like 2015 it seems............

Anyways, put it together, took me about 15 minutes with the unscrewing of the legs and stuff (which was hardest part -- damn spring)....but overall, I like it.

I'm not really big in knowledge of different plastic types and what's good and whats not, so for me the basis of the purchase was to make CW Prime look more like Prime and less like a short, squat block.

For that reason alone, the kit was good.....and now I have a taller, more "normal looking" (to me) Prime to display in robot mode. The complaints of difficulties transforming to a truck, or kibble don't really bother me personally.

Overall, 3.5 stars out of 5.

Since it's been a while since they came out, does anyone have this guy and Tarn, and can post some side by sides?
