Nope, it's separate. Just like the hands/feet, it's an additional upgrade... to the upgrade :rolleyes2

Disappointing as the Grand Scourge set has the sword pictured on the boxart :thumbdown

Hmmm...I have an extra junker Primo Vitalis set, I wonder what will happen if I combine the lower half of the Primo legs with the top part of Beezelbos?

I have found some criticism of the kit beelzeboss,
    So bad product is?
The biggest complaint is the soft plastic, there is no way to toughen it
The other is the price, I guess they're right about that

From my FB page - to each its own I guess, but to me, this is rubbish

Verdict: - Flimsy plastic, tabs not pegging in properly. nasty proportions, plastic breaking after one fitting. Not worth the money. I don't usually pan a product, but this one takes the cake. Get the SND kit. It is far superior. The only regret is I have wasted money on this kit knowing I could have used it elsewhere for another purchase.

And with the countless delays, the end product just does not justify the cost and the quality.

Don't give a toss to this kit. You have been warned.

To each his own. :)  I was looking forward to getting this kit, but after seeing TC's verdict, I think I'm gonna hold off.

I mean, once you replace the head, upper arms, legs, and torso, it's like "This toy isn't that bad, aside from those forearms".

Can someone snap a picture of this figure next to MMC Tarn/Kultur? I'm wondering how well he'll look standing next to Tyrantron, who's the same size as Kultur.

got my kit in the mailbox today, got all excited to apply it

then I discovered my CW Optimus' combiner head neck joint is pinned in backwards and stuck leaning back, and I can't get the goddamn pin out.

I apologize for the double post, managed to solve the head problem by using a dremel to sand down the joint until it moved proper.

I'm going to have to eat crow though. I spent all this time campaigning for Beelzeboss's upgrade over SND's, but after applying it to my CW Optimus, it basically sucks.

The engineering looks good from a design standpoint, but in execution it's fiddly and shaky as all get out. The head sits too high up since it's mounted on the combiner head balljoint, the upgrade parts are floppy as hell and can't properly lock down anywhere, the leg additions are abysmal especially the thigh-addons. Worst of all, the truck mode suffers the worst. This toy already had a great deal of difficulty holding its shape in truck mode even before the upgrade, but the upgrade makes it even worse thanks to the thigh parts that can't resists popping off, let alone prove 100% unable to hold the truck mode together.

As much as I love this Optimus design, I just can't recommend this upgrade kit. Cancel your pre-orders if they haven't shipped, it just isn't worth getting, especially for the price retailers are asking for it. Don't waste your money on it.

And the nerve Beelzeboss have asking us to buy another upgrade kit for the feet and hands. No thanks. Wont be fooled by this company again. I have the untraceable kit fully paid months back and on its way, and from the reviews I heard, that kit is not too hot either.

Well I do own Untraceable too, and that kit is WAY better than this, I have no regrets about Untraceable whatsoever.

Yeah, no complaints with the Untraceable kit. Because of that I was expecting more from this set.

I haven't had an issue with my kit to date. I was actually surprised how easy it was to install/apply etc.

My only critique would have been that the pieces that tab into the shoulders do seem a tad thin.

Time will tell if it stays in one piece but it looks good on the shelf.
