Oh I'm cool with a clever, unexpected or original transformation. I'm just not one for head scratchers. I've never considered Transformers as puzzles and really do not need or want them to be. I've never really been one for Rubik's Cubes either. I enjoy puzzle solving but Transformers is not where I want to see it. That's just me though!

Anyway I've inadvertently lapsed back into my old ways and derailed this long enough.

Rubik’s cubes specifically never interested me either, the idea of making progress just to undo it to make progress somewhere else drives me mad. In the words of Emgo, “I hate backtracking.”

Oh I meant agreeing with the statement that it’d be nice to a simple but satisfying transformation. I don’t own a Cheetor lol.

I was the same with my original Cheetor, so I took some pictures of the arm configuration when I received the reissue. This is how they were positioned straight out of the box. The thumbs are actually supposed to go on the outside. Hope this helps!

Future note, but it helps to edit down the original quote if you're only replying to a specific part of it. Especially if your reply can send mixed message (eg. replying a singular "Yes" to a post with multiple questions that have both "yes" and "no" as the correct answers).

But...Then why does my Cheetor snap together just fine with the thumbs stored inside the neck piece?

The robot arms look right, but the Cheetah’s front legs are terribly mistransformed.

Ah yeah, I do that sometimes but I just didn’t think that deep for that one. Thanks for the reminder though.

I had a look at mine, the original that has been transformed back and forth a number of times. The thumbs are on the outside on both sides currently and it fits together just fine. So long as you get it all lined up right it fits together just fine. Hope this helps those that are having issues!?

I do worry about how well the beast mode of Blackarachnia will fit/tab together, I hope she's nice and sold despite looking like she's simply 'balled up'.

So how did they get this so right, but Bumblebee v2 so wrong? The kibble expectation took a V-turn more than a U-turn. I think someone somewhere got whiplash.

    1. Why would you even compare the two? Honestly, it makes no sense.
    2. Have you seen the new pics of Bumble 2.0? He looks so much nicer.

It makes plenty of sense. They're both Masterpiece figures, and the the expectation of kibble was discussed for both figures. I can compare the two because people on these boards were commenting about how one mode will suffer for BW figures because these have organic alt modes. Secondly, whether it looks nicer or not it doesn't change the fact that for an MP figure Bumblebee has a lot of kibble. I'm pointing out the irony in the fact that people assumed the BW figures will have one mode suffer for accuracy while expecting G1 figures to be consistent in both modes where as in this case it's reversed.
