At the time, BW MP’s didn’t seem plausible! Once cheetor showed up, I jumped ship knowing the rest were coming. I’m glad everyone can get an awesome BA now (probably not for too much cheaper though - don’t recall exact costs). We even had the web!

Fortunately (or unfortunately), unlike Prime, BB, Megatron, and probably Starscream, I don’t see the MP BW’s being redone.

Can we ever truly say that retailed us Masterpieces have been a thing? Yeah I guess TRU counts to a degree if you could ever find them. The only true MP that had true retail saturation in the US was MP-01 and I remember buying mine for $25 dollar on clearance.

US MP's have had piss poor releases well before the inception of Amazon.

I’d love to see some higher resolution images for everything.
    My excitement increase tenfold!
I think it’s possible to get a toy version. But I don’t think so highly since the only toy like ones are Anime Primal but that’s more an animated reference. And also shadow panther but that was a Japanese exclusive figure. The toy releases in Japan were also more cartoon accurate originally. I’d love to see some more toy inspired decos though. Maybe as a hasbro plus exclusive deal. That way we could get a BW Grimlock figure or maybe even toy style megatron.
    Does he have a name?

A BW Grimlock would be soo sick, and I already have Dinobot. It's a great choice cause Grimlock's already a popular character, and if he has a new toy style head he'd look great!

Heh...well I for one agree with you...no surprise there good, old Booster Gold and his negative (realist) take on things. That they are putting a stand in with certain figures and not all of them suggests TT think those figures 'need' a stand. So far Dinobot is the only one that has come with one, and maybe your a lucky so and so with super tight ankle joints, but he DOES have stability issues. It's not a deal breaker, it's sort of expected in beast mode at least, and with some patience it can be overcome but incidents like this are fairly common for me at least.

Now does this mean BA will have similar issues? Of course not. But does it give me cause for concern? Of course it does. No this doesn't mean I think BA is garbage, I think she looks great, I just have a concern...however please feel free to overreact, get all defensive of a figure you can't know doesn't have balance issues and shout down/discredit my therory all you want guys! It's only a theory based on my own personal experience.

I wonder if BA is the most expensive mass released deluxe size TF ever?
It would be poetic justice if she had GPS :ev:

Stability? Sure. But it also allows the figures to be displayed in a truly three-dimensional sense. Primal lifting Megatron for example.

Airazor, Terrorsaur and Waspinator will come with stands. Inferno, too, if we're lucky.

So concerns also based on NOT HAVING THE TOY IN HAND are valid theories, the opposites are not.
    Fine ...

Ermm.....yes. Maybe you should look up the definition of concern?

If I had the figure in hand I would no longer be concerned, I'd be relieved or disappointed depending on the reality of the situation.

I also didn't discredit anyone claiming she'll be perfectly stable other than to say they don't know that for sure.

No arguments with you there. I'm not saying including a stand is a bad thing judt that it suggests TT felt these figures needed on and the others did not.why do Dinobot and Blackarachnia deserve one and not Primal, Cheetor and Megatron?

O ys, because saying "that toy won't stand unaided" (not having the toy in hand) is perfectly valid, while saying "no i Think it Will stand" is only fanboysh slavery at best.
    Good.:thumb
And replying to some faulty logic (IMHO) means overeacting.
    Obviously:thumb

Thank you for being the voice of reason here man!
Now, can i have some lottery numbers NEXT? Very appreciated!

To share, presumably, depending on the scene you want to create. Megatron didn't come with a stand, but he did come with adaptors.

It's a valid theory, all I'm saying is so is mine. I think it's wrong headed of TT to expect everyone buying Megatron to already have Dinobot but if that's the way they wanna go fine, I'm just pointing out that Dinobot had stability issues and he was the only BWMP to come with a stand so far. Ergo it's reasonable to speculate that the second BWMP might have similar issues.

You're picking a fight with the wrong guy. I agreed that the stands tie into stability, but there is also more at play than simply that.

Not it's not, which is why I never said it.
Not it's not, which is why I never said it.

No it's not...misunderstanding it is. Which you seem quite addiment to do coupled with condescending eye rolls and sarcastic thumbs up. You are quite nicely demonstrating (deliberately?) the exact sort of behaviour I mentioned at the end of my original post, so good job! :thumb

Just in case you actually want to understand I will reiterate my point one last time.

I think the inclusion of a stand with BA suggests she might have stability issues in one or both modes based on my first hand experience of the other BWMP that came with a stand. You may not, this is also fine.
However for either of us to claim the other is wrong to think so is pointless as neither of us know for sure.

I hope that's clear becuase I'm not explaining myself to you again.

Yeah sorry didnt mean to come of as picking a fight with you, just that I'm well aware stands are for more than stability ;)
