Here’s a colorful homage to Beast Wars Megatron using the Prime Megatron head and an Axor body. I used dye to start it off, then painted with acrylics.

That somehow works. Mostly because he manages to evoke his Megabolt design in both modes. It also fits into his purely robotic mentality too theme wise.

This is my favorite custom I’ve seen in a while. I would totally buy something like it at retail, it looks lovely!

Hook weapon definitely evokes the original’s hip missile shape. Colours look awesome too

That figure works really well for this custom since Megs was trying to remove his beast parts. All the spikes look like he still needs to remove some more but at least he got back to his purple color.

The alternate universe where, after Beast Wars, Megatron became an on-the-run fugitive outlaw on Cybertron, purged off his dragon mode and turned into a Mad Max looking car. Or something. Somehow this design works.

    Oh, that's rad.
Incidentally I had a concept a while back for a TF series where the war is fought entirely through racing (think Redline) and this makes me want to make some customs based on that!

This is gorgeous, one of my favorite reinterpretations of BW Megs yet

Thanks all. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

By the way, the dye is iDye poly. And it was done at room/cool temperature (in my garage) I often see people say they have to heat the dye, and can new up melting/damaging the figure.

This came out great man. Loving that purple.

I have one more of these...I may have to try what you've done here.
