Ah so they are the same thing then. Car Boot sales are where people go to a big field and everyone sets up a tables to sell their junk rather than just having it outside your house. I don't know if they are as common anymore because this is when I lived in England.

Too bad you missed out on Megatron and Tripedacus for that price but you never know what you'll stumble upon next. Here's a terrible joke to cheer you up.

What did the buffalo say to his kid when he left for college? "Bison"

In Saskatchewan, a buffalo and a bison are the same thing. We even have a thing called a beefalo which is half buffalo, half cow just for good measure.

Can you do one cool pose with Bonecrusher though? I seriously, seriously tried for at least 5 minutes and those pictures were the best I could do. Maybe, maybe you could do like a down on one knee pose where he's looking like the old bazooka army man

Wow that looks awesome man. Nice job !

I never thought of placing his swords like that in robot mode though. Gonna have to steal that idea from you.

Mine's leg joints are nice and tight but his head flops like crazy. :(

I hope yours get to fighting condition soon! Tell him to drink lots of OJ.

I'm about to start some joint repair tonight. Been a bit of a delay since Future Polish is sold under a new name which left me chasing my tail. I ended up buying Pledge Floor Care which is possibly what Future Polish is sold as now (there's another possibility as well and I kept getting both of them as answers). If anyone needs a bottle Target has a Cartwheel coupon for $1.50 right now.

This is the stuff! That's what I've been using for my chrome anyways and it's been good for joints as well.

He's one that needs an update but I seriously doubt that would ever happen. I can see why they went with the pressure launch for Sky Shadow

    Great pics!

I've not got many series on TV that I watch at the moment and the football (soccer) season is about done here in the UK so I've started my 2nd run through the cartoon.

Quickstrike will be mine later this week as I've found a UK based seller with a couple of sealed ones, not that mine will stay that way for long :D

So, fairly quick story. Have to tell someone that might give a damn.

I was 19 when Beast Wars came out. After getting Primal (gorilla, not bat), and thinking he was the greatest figure ever made, I decided that I had to get every on-screen character, and I've carried that onward as my philosophy (yes, I miss out on some great molds as a result, but it puts my spending in check).

Anyway, I got every character as they came out (I worked at Meijer so it was easy), but I never got the 10th anniversary guys since I had all of them already (kinda regret not getting the Prime/Megs 2 pack, but at least I can get the MP of Prime!). That meant no Transmutate, which has really bothered me. Well, I finally got him at the Motor City Comic Con yesterday. He was $110, so I was balking, but the booth owner's brother said they'd knock it down to $75 while the owner was away so they could get rid of stuff. SOLD. It thrills me that I completed that set.

    Thought I'd share.

Urrrghh I hate coming to this thread, it makes me want to run to eBay and go on a regrettable Beast Wars buying spree!

    Awesome photos as always Jetbolt.

If anyone looking for a potentially cheap TM2 Megatron check out this auction (Not mine). Wants $40 or best offer plus $11 shipping. Looks a bit dusty and no missiles but could probably talk him down to $20-30.

Anyone wanna buy a Spittor or Claw Jaw?

    Beast Wars Basic Claw Jaw:

Hasbro Transformers Beast Wars Claw Jaw Basic Complete | eBay

    Condition:
He is 100% complete with his V-shaped weapon. He has some very small paint scrapes on a few spots and his elbows have been treated with a light coat of nail glue to tighten them up (they are still fully posable) but otherwise he is in good condition.

    Spittor:

Hasbro Transformers Beast Wars Spittor Basic Complete | eBay

    Condition:
He is in good condition, with minor rust spots on his metal pins and his frog feet/robot hands have broken off but have been glued back on, the seems are hardly noticeable. Most of his joints are strong and his head gimmick works fine.
