despite their size in the comics, if we do get figs of nyx and skold, which i really do want, i sincerely hope they are not the same size class as rattrap; i'd rather they be undersized deluxes.

Told myself I'll keep them MISB...but who the heck can resist these beautiful bois. Telemocha version will always be better than the TRU exclusive in terms of paint.

However, OG color is still the best.

What's even better is that i got this set for just 40$ MISB.

Welcome to the Pack! it's a wonderful niche of the TF universe with mostly cheap secondhand figures on eBay, and inexplicably expensive BotCon ones.

edit: ok, got curious and checked eBay... suddenly even loose old BW are kinda up there in price now...

Did that last image get flipped? Megs' tail and head hands seem to have done a swap. Great pictures and even greater figures!

Thank you very much. Yes I wish I had gotten into BW figures earlier, you won't believe some of the prices I've paid already.

Some of the figures I really want (Terrorsaur, Cybershark and Scorponok) will be re-released soon, so I'm thankful for that.

Here's some BW stuff that came in recently. The Unofficial Guide was a must-have and I'm glad I got it so I can read up on all of the figures and history. Very informative. I decided on a Buzzsaw over Waspinator, he looks pretty cool in bot mode and was only $25 shipped. Got the Scarem for the same price, btw I am loving the artwork on the US releases. So 90's. Also bought a loose Colada for $20 which seems like a deal as he seems to go for $50+ and is a great figure at that. Lastly, got a loose Fuzors Buzzclaw to round out the bunch.

I am seriously digging the amount of effort (as well as charm) that went into the making of these figures. I am also learning about the downside of this era like GPS and flaking, etc. Guess I better have some floor polish handy. I still want more BW figs. RIP Wallet!

That's a very random yet beautiful assortment. Some of my all-time favorites.

Don't know if anyone in here will care, but APC Toys (the company doing KOs of the Prime figures that are high quality) are doing their own version of TFCC Protoform X/Rampage from their upsized Deluxe First Edition Megatron. It'll be a tad taller than Kingdom Megatron so the scale is decent, and with their new deco the alt mode looks ambiguous enough to be an alien aquatic animal. Plus they didn't just upsize the TFCC head, they made their own. It's on preorder here
    {[Pre-Order] APC Toys APC-004BF Bossy Flame TFP Galvatron}

Might be the best option for a Rampage to go with Kingdom stuff, at least for awhile. A size comparison of the mold with Kingdom figures can be found here

Man, my grandma got me Buzzsaw as a b-day gift when I was... much younger... and I STILL have him. That's one thing I don't see ANY TF line doing ever again: 2 headsculpts on 1 figure! And he's still part of my "Hive-y Hitters"

And I cannot explain how much I LOATHE glitter, so when my transmetals started birthing it, I was beside myself. I've kept most still, but my original TM Rattrap hubcaps were awful... oh, and the worst: BotCon Shokaract. A gorgeous blue... that flaked so much quicker than other figures and resulted in a huge bald spot covering his crab-butt. Just... ugh. I sold him as part of a huge box I had to sell to get $$$ in hard times... and man I lost on that. Nowadays, I see how much my BotCon Beasts could have been worth and I get sick. Apelinq and Shokaract (transmetals, not the later homage figures), TM2 Arcee, TM Tigatron (and Jaguar X-9)... it hurt.

U know I just gotta say, these beast wars figures have gotten me back into the brand as a whole, I never thought I would get this many figures from beast wars and kingdom as a whole but lately I can’t get enough of it, it has re invigorated my want for transformers far more than the normal g1 did, hoping we will keep seeing beast wars releases in the future, the leaks seem to say that we will.

So I'm an Australian and I'm considering buying a model for my two favourite Beast Wars characters (Dinobot and Megatron). Which would you guys suggest? With Megatron I'd rather get one of the transmetal forms over the usual purple T-Rex look he had in Season One and War For Cybertron

What's shipping like from Japan to Australia? The Japanese version of Transmetal Megatron pops up once in a while and supposedly doesn't suffer from GPS.

Otherwise TM2 dragon Megatron is probably in my top 3 of BW toys of all time and I can't recommend him enough.
