I was going through a storage bin and forgot I even had this! Poison bite. He's so weird and I love him. Both modes are surprisingly fun, though the scorpion mode is a bit hindered by the weird legs. Still super fun though and a major personal throwback. I remember finding him probably 15 years ago just in a glass display at a local collectibles shop with absolutely no clue that the mutant line existed. I also have Icebird somewhere but this guy definitely takes the cake.

You're lucky to have him. He's the most expensive of the mutants currently

Oh wow! Lucky me. I definitely am interested in grabbing the rest of the line. Even better if I already have the pricey one!

I LOVE the mutants line so much. I only have the one, Icebird, but it's a fun figure. I really wish I had jumpe don more when I had the chance.

They're definitely really cool figures. I wish I had too. I know for sure that I saw at least Razor claw for a decent price but I passed it up and I doubt I'll get that chance again. I used to live next to the best collectibles shop. It was absolutely massive and they didn't seem to research transformers too much so you could get MISB or MOSC figures for only a tiny mark up even if ebay prices were in the hundreds.

    Ah, I love the Mutants!

In my headcanon, there's a Beast Wars sidestory called "Mutant Beast Wars" which follows a three-way battle between the Mutants, the four non-show Maximal Fuzors, and the four non-show Predacon Fuzors.

Haha that'd be awesome. Someone needs to set up a display! I know the mutants are like previously standard beast formers that lost their robot modes (or at least I'm pretty sure) but in my head I sort of treat them like the BW equivalents of the cassettes. Assistant scouts or drones.

I know Icebird is the leader, but I try really hard to only remember certain parts of beast machines, so SN is the leader here.

    Damn dude, awesome collection there.

I know he suffers from GPS, but Soundwave has always been a favourite design of mine. Always wanted to have him in hand.

Oh, I'm VERY careful with him... it terrifies me after my TM Megs bisected from transformation, then decapitated from trying to lock him together in beast mode and slipping... trauma.

Well, I do have all twelve -- all in the same storage box, even! I guess I'll have to do it. :D

    2 quick questions.

1: Are there any versions of the Beast Era Dinobots molds that suffer from GPS? I've got the Armada Walmart Snarl/Striker mold and was curious since it looks like parts of his limbs are gold.
2: Is anyone else planning on getting the new Jurassic Park Collab set to put with some of their BW dinos?

I think people have said Beast Machines Dinobots Stiker, being nearly entirely gold, might suffer from GPS but I haven’t seen it on mine yet. Then again I didn’t have any issues on my Micromaster Superion until this year.

Definitely putting the JP set with my Dinobots. Rexy might even be stealing command from T-Wrecks.

Edit: Didn’t see the reveal before. Interesting name Tyrannocon Rex. I like the new head.
