    I took a Cybertron Hardtop and slightly modded him for better movement and a better headsculpt

    This mold is perfect for Beachcomber (I've used it myself, lol). I'm honestly surprised it hasn't been released as a repaint yet. Maybe it will be in the new line that's coming out.

    What kind of blue did you use?

    The paint is Ultramarine blue from Citadel Colour

    LOVE what you did with the helmet it really brings out Beachcomber perfectly, the Electrum-hand and birdie accessory just finish it!

    That headsculpt really puts the nail down. Awesome, awesome Beachcomber.

    I've been contemplating this myself, I've just been hoping HasTak comes up with a Deluxe class design for Generations.

    I may just go with it anyway, and do what I will with it if HasTak does end up making one.

    Looks awesome. This is the second time I've been working on a project and someone else beat me to the punch. I don't know if I'm going to mod the head or not. I just might have to now:thumb  :thumb

    Very nice, great Beachcomber. The Hardtop and Clocker molds are two of the most versatile molds they have for customs.

    I love this mold for Beachcomber...I too wonder why there is no repaint for this one.

    Nice work...it makes me want to revisit my personal repaint on this.

    What mold was used as the Wal-Mart repaint? I thought this was it at first.

    I don't remember the name, but that was the mold I used. I got the 2-pack for $5, SCORE!

    The Data War? That's where I picked this mold up from, at least.

    This is really driving me to forget Hasbro for the moment and get on with this repaint. Don't know if I can top that head, though, but I'll give it a go.
