After seing the other Beachcomber Landmine conversions I felt that I should actually finish mine.

It the basic Landmine bod with forearms and hands from a Mars robot. I decided to not give him the gun since BC was pretty much a pacafist adn not one for scrappin. The head was made from Sculpt and a Machine Wars Megatron jets. I used enchanted blue, mithral silver, and flat black for my paints.

Just like my other Beachcomber I felt that he need a Golden hand!

Wow... that's perfect. My favourite fan Beachcomber yet!

The Megatron head works great, though the finish on the goggles seems a bit soft and gritty.

So he still can transform with those new forearms? Interesting....

I like it. I'm not a huge fan of the blue on this very military style vehicle, but it's a good custom. The bot mode looks very Beachcomber.

Agreed... non-military versions of this vehicle exist for off-road racing, but the extra armour plating makes it plain that it's not a civilian model. I'm still waiting to see someone cut off the plates, shave off the extra exposed bolts, and maybe cut the roof out to make this baby a convertible. :)

You don't even need to cut the plates off, they're seperate pieces held on by screws.

Sorry for picture quality, only have cellphone camera at the moment.

OP- Nice touch on the electrum (sp?) plated hand :)
