BBTS has the best customer service, bar none. I had my eye on the FX Episode V Vader Saber, and it was on sale for 75 bucks. Just as soon as I deposited my money, the sale on the sabers was over. I emailed them about it and they gave me a credit to use on future purchases. All hail BBTS. Soon I will have a Vader FX saber to scare passing cars with and a Star Convoy reissue as well.

It most definitely will - I picked up the Windu saber during the sale to complete my set of FX sabers. The item was shipped inside its box (obviously) PLUS its cardboard shipping box from the factory PLUS another box adding another layer of protection.
I absolutely agree--I live in Japan and they're my best option in most cases to get figures only released in America, I bought a Catra Masterverse from them, that was missing it's wand-holding hand, and another retailer probably would've been reticent to do anything for me as it's just one small (though important) piece, but BBTS immediately gave me a credit for the full price of the figure to buy another one so yeah, sometimes they're a dollar or two more, but all the stuff I ship over from the US also arrives in perfect condition, so I'm a big fan.
