any one else have this happen i bought something and had it sit in my POL wile i wait for preorderes to drop i do this all the time for shipping (normally there preorderes force you to use fedex i have had issues in the past) so i order something i do not need right away so i can have another shipping option. well i checked to see if the preorders have hit yet (they have not) and my transaction history says my order in my POL was cancelled? i will probably get a hold of them but this is weird and just want to know if any one else has had this happen.
contact them. i had two of one item end up in my POL, and not an army builder. i e-mailed them to dispute it and got it adjusted and refunded to my credit card. -
I had that happen to me about three years ago. Looked like this in my account: These products have been cancelled HAS11225 Padme Naberrie (Comm Tech) 1 $8.99 KEN10070 Hoth Chewbacca (Flashback Photo) 1 $6.29 When it happened to me I looked in the "Help" section and there was a blurb along the lines of "we do our best to keep track of in-stock items but occasionally an item that may have been in your Pile of Loot could have been sold/not stocked when we go to pull the item to ship. In that event you will receive a full refund for the item in question." Of course looking through the current "Help" section I don't see this anymore.
it was a TR hodrod it was only in my POL for 20 days. there is nothing refunded in my paypal or my bank account. i have emailed them but not expecting a reply till later today
That's definitely odd since TR Hot Rod shows still in stock (at time of this post) . Don't know why it would have been cancelled. Try logging into your BBTS account and see if they gave you a store credit for the amount of Hot Rod and any extra shipping. If they did, you might be able to reorder Hot Rod and put it back into your PoL.
