    Autobot scale!

Not as amazing as the Decepticons, though still serviceable. Dunno how it could even be improved, realistically. (also keeping in mind this fits in with the Cons as is)

Scale charts suggest Bumblebee could be a lot bigger (even a small Deluxe?). On the other hand:

Friggin' hell, they weren't lying when they said the Topkick was a huge truck!

Now of course a big issue is that there isn't much else to add, heh. Legion cars and, er.........
Oh well I'm perfectly OK with just stopping here for now.

If there were only a scout class Ratchet, you could probably get away with using Legends dudes for all the carbots. :D

So I've been wondering, would anyone be able to measure VW BumbleBeetle for me? I'm hoping he can scale with my ~1/32 collection well enough. I'd be willing to determine the scale myself with accurate measurements. :)

The curent voyager actually matches Studio Series scale quite well..

I need to redo this with the SS Ironhide, Galvatron and Hound.. and forget the Barricade witch is 1:32

So Ironhide and Ratchet really ought to be Scouts (which unfortunately probably will never happen), but I'm pretty damn pleased with how this is all shaping up. Vaguely 1/60-ish Scale based on vehicle modes, more than their on-screen selves.

I wonder how SS Jetfire and DotM Megatron will fit in here? I mean, I'm getting them regardless, and it should be close enough, but still I'm kinda anticipating them being off...

I really want little itty bitty toys of bots like Mohawk, Ravage, and Frenzy. Like, accessories or Botbots or TitanMaster-sized figures. Even if they're not perfectly scaled, just smaller than the Legion cars I got.

Admittedly this is a bit more scale bashing than appreciating, but still, shows that Starsream will probs never get a good robot mode/alt mode ratio irl (The leader class pic is to scale, and the images are how big he would be relative to the irl jet).

I agree on you when it comes to ALT-mode.. but yours aproximates 1:30 scale right? this is the military toy one?
but when it comes down to robot size, Leader class Screamer is quite close to perfect for Studio Series.

I am working on a future custom to as I hate the altmode for two reasons, scale mainly but also the kibble underneath.
Mine will be 1:48 compared to the 1:39 that is Studio Series but I believe it has possibilities to become the perfect Starscream:
    [IMG] [IMG]
I am planning to put all the robot from the Leader class junker into the modelkit and have him transform almost the same but have everything fit inside the altmode of the model-kit.
if we reduce the kibble underneath and stuff it in the jetmode, I believe he will fill up the jetmode quite nicely while remaining true to scale.

Looks awesome! I believe Mackatron will be a perfect fit for your crew!

I could not find my Barricade, he is in storage.. but here is Studio Series Ironhide and ROTF Mixmaster

    what is that?
Mixmaster should actually be 24 tall, the same size as Ironhide so this looks to be quite spot on.

Well thats my 3D Leader project i started 1,5y ago

Everyone thinks he is like 24 but thats not true

With my friend we do easy math and calculations, we know he is 28 like optimus + 3 feet shields on arms
We find and calcualate tire diameter one was like almost one meter, wheel on wheel, with this (wheel on wheel) 9 wheels at all straight like tower, so please remember this, Red Goblin scale is not perfect

Yeah, 1:33 scale to be precise. And definitely agree with reducing kibble, its a worse issue than any scale discrepancies.
