This figure was created using a Marvel Legends Ironman Hulkbuster Build a figure as base. It was modded to add the impressive amount of 12 SMD LEDS with easy to access batteries and switches. Articulation was kept untouched through a design of 4 independent circuits. Low consumption SMD Leds were used to enhance performance.
4 independent switches enable to turn on:

+ Eyes and chest (eyes ONLY configuration is possible)
    + Back thrusters
    + Left leg
    + Right leg

The figure was fully customized and painted to fit with a custom Batman Armor concept.
The figure was completely disassembled, modified, sculpted, sanded, primed, painted and then carefully assembled. The figure was painted available from brands like Tamiya, Testor, Mr Hobby and Vallejo in both enamels and acrylic paints with a variety of painting styles for the best finishing possible.

This figure is loaded with a ton of articulation and detail which will make it on a different level among your collection.
It fits perfectly with any 6 inch collection or can stand alone by itself to decorate any place of choice.
I actually made it thinking on my S.H. Figuarts collection

    Here's how it happened:
    Ironman (IM)
    -Hey there! I'm rich
    Batman (BM)
    -Me too
    IM -I'm a filantropist
    BM -Me too
IM -But I created my armor
    BM -Me too
    IM -I have a plane???
    BM -Batjet???
    IM -I sleep with Pepper
BM -Hmmmm...Talia and catwoman are regulars here. Oh and they are bad if you know what i mean
IM -OK OK I have a car collection
BM -I just need a real one and call it "Batmovile"
IM -I have a virtual buttler I call Jarvis
BM -Alfred, please bring some drinks for our guest.
Alfred -At your command Master Bruce
IM -Oh fuck! Ok I made an armor to beat The Hulk, and i call it "The hulkbuster"
BM -I guess you needed it, I beat the Superman without an armor, but I made one too, just... you know... because I'm BATMAN!

    Epilogue:
    Ironman leaves the batcave crying

P.S. Please please, dont tell this story to my 3 years old, he´s such a fan of Ironman. I know he still has to grow up to meet a real hero (Batman), but then again... he's just 3!

Man, that is some Batman Beyond inspired love if I've ever seen it. Or The Batman BatBot(2004 animated series).

Very nice. Great how the figure just takes on a whole different look just with some paint and additions. Very awesome!

Thank you!!! I actually thought nobody would have both of those references in mind, which are exactly what came to my mind when I saw the base figure.

This so reminds me of one of Frank Miller's covers of the Dark KNight Returns, which is what this custom reminds me of the most. If not for the red Batman Beyond insignia I'd say it could've easily passed for a version of the Superman buster suit.

    Great job.

    Edit to add:

[IMG] This cover was the cover i was talking about.

Yeah I dig it. I am still a big fan of Batman Beyond and of The Batman series.

I wasn't a fan when they altered the art style of the series from the first two seasons of The Batman, or when they started to add more Justice League characters in the last few seasons.

    Still this is awesome.
