Not a single person looked right in that trailer. Like, the faces. Batman looks way off. They maintained REALLY good continuity with Asylum and City when it came to Batman.

Then again, this is a CGI trailer, and is probably not hyper indicative of everyon'e in-game look. While I'm sad to see the awesome old one go, the new Batmobile looks sweet.

 

Very disappointed they're not releasing this game for the old generation, guess it'll be a long time before I get to play it. Oh well.

 

I can almost imagine the art team scrambling and taking time out of their probably intense schedule to get a CG trailer ready for the announcement. I'm guessing things will look fine in the actual game.

Anywho, really excited for this.

 

It seems like it will still be released on PC, so there's that consolation for some. Like me.

Best trailer for a game I've ever seen. Oh my god. So cool.

 

With Harley being playable, I hope that means Rocksteady smartened up and cut Catwoman. I'd imagine she'd be picked as a playable character before Harley would.

 

Gives me a reason to get a PS4. But I'm going to hold off until the game's release is close before I can invest. I wonder if the Batmobile is going to be manually drivable or it gets you to Point A to Point B like the Batwing in Origins. Would make for some pretty cool chase scenes. I pray the controls the driving isn't like LA Noire, at least I can laugh at the horrible driving controls in that but I would be disappointed if I keep crashing the Batmobile.

 

I don't like the suit at all. It's way too over-detailed, and looks generic. The old suit looked memorable and unique because it wasn't the same "let's ape the Dark Knight's style yet again." In Origins it made sense because it was more low-tech plates verses the more sophisticated bullet-proof flexible sections.

 

Yeah some of the characters looke strange and do not look at all like how they did in Arkham Asylum and and Arkham City, like Harley Quinn and Penguin for example. Also I'm not too fond of the new bat suit.

But I'm still excited anyway. Time to save up for a PS4!

 

The suit looks fine to me. Yeah, it ain't much different from the BAT, Injustice and Origins suits but I don't want Batman to go back to having his older suit.

 

I Hoping a Wii-U Version Like AC Armored Edtion Will be made Soon.

 

Why? His older suit was iconic and unique.

This is just the same old shit.

 

Honestly, not digging the new Batmobile. The tumbler with a cockpit that jets out? It doesn't work for me. Nor does the new armored suit. Or Harley's face. Or her outfit.

Uh, eagerly waiting?

 

I loved how advanced the suit is, no problem with it.

 

I like the trailer, looks cool to me.

Is it just me or does it seem like we're getting a new VA for Scarecrow. Also I wonder who voiced Thomas Wayne?

 

Suit looks fine to me as well. These days batman goes through new suits quicker than tony stark does new iron man suits.

 

Everything looks great so far. I am really excited for this. Excellent trailer! My only beef is keeping "Arkham" in the title but whatever, I understand why they do it and it is not really that big of an issue.

 

I love the new suit, The chest is flat, yet is actually metal plates.

with lots of unique little details but not overdetailed with a gazillion parts.

It looks very realistic to me.


I enjoy the faces as well, They look different..But i sense they need to be a bit different for this one.

As a matter of fact i cooked up a Lego version of it about an hour ago.
A good one too.

 

Yeah I thought that to. The Arkham moniker is sort a trap they have themselves in. I was hoping that Arkham city was a way out, so maybe the could make the sequel "Gotham City," but I guess they want to make sure everyone knows it's still part of this series.

 

That trailer looks amazing. Though given certain changes made to some of the characters, I'm not convinced that this is meant to be in the same continuity of the previous games. If it is, they have some explaining to do. Other than a passing resemblence, Harley looks almost completely different. A new costume is one thing, but her face looks radically different. That said, she still looks good, and I look forward to the inevitable DCC figure of her.

Anyways, this will definitely be a game I get when I eventually get a PS4. In the mean time I should probably get around to getting the first three...

 

Yep. Still a yearly franchise being pushed out by a publisher. I just can't get excited for those, and I don't trust the quality of such a title. And I would almost bet on it not being the last of these games. Publishers will always figure out how to quickly publish a new title.
