I have read something about Barricade's absence, but when I go see for myself is when I will believe it. This image is still giving me hope. Barricade's absence was explained in one of the comics, being sliced by no other than Prime, but not too many people follow the comics. So could he still make it in ROTF, i still think so. No, Barricade is not in RotF...if he WAS going to be in the film, we WOULDN'T have Sideways who looks LIKE Barricade but ISN'T...and hell Sideways role in the film is limited...
Limited? The ridiculously small amount of time he's in the movie doesn't even deserve to be called 'limited'. I was looking forward to him and I'm pretty dissapointed..
If he wasn't meant to be Barricade, just like Blackout isn't Grindor...then at least we can reside with the fact Blackout and Barricade's younger brothers get some spotlight...

Sideways' size of role was unfortunate, but Barricade... Well, at least no Jess Harnell-roar this time. I liked the fleshed out Keith David role in the DS game better than Harnell.
Did we? I remember a lot of people making a big deal about seeing the Barricade cars months before filming began, far away from any set. It's nice to know they weren't melted down for scrap or anything, but when were they anywhere near a camera?
I don't know if there is still a chance for Barricade to show up in a longer version of the movie maybe in imax or dvd or maybe it will be in the deleted scenes portion of the dvd.
so what happened to him? did he retire and just become a police car, and uses his "probes" to just scare people?
They should've just made Prime kill Barricade in movie one on the highway. Then we would know for sure what happened. I sure hope they make him appear in T3, even if it's to kill him off after 2 seconds, but we need an explanation.
i remember reading months ago that barricade and ravage attack sam at college. Sorta hoping he will make an apperance in the extra footage thats going straight to imax but michael bay doesnt seem to have much of an imagination so highly doubt it........................just another con thats dissapeared like the new ones who have no explanation.
