(it's just such a part of the TFs visual comics language to me, has made the now-incorrectly-called 'ongoing' look really amateurish without them.)

 

After the horrible mixed bag-ness of Ongoing, the split looks to be very promising, especially the one with Roberts. And with IDW finally updating their comics app to first-day release, I won't have to wait a month and be subject to spoilers.

IDW's definitely starting to do things right.

 

Glad I stopped reading this crap. Killing OP is sooooo damn tired.

 

One really lame "gotta do it once" storyline and one really good idea I've been hoping to see forever. The idea of a "civilian" population of TFs that weren't a part of either of the predominantly military groups has fascinated me since I was a kid. If that's done right, it could bring some serious entertainment.

Of course, if they just use the civilian population as an excuse to recruit new troops to sides, it could also be lame.

Am I the only one who is sick of the constant G1 focus?

 

Probably not, but:
#1. what else are they going to focus on?
#2. where else are we going to get to see G1 stories (plus IDW's G1 is it's own thing, not really a spin-off of an existing G1 continuity)
#3. besides movie-verse (which IDW has published and i imagine will continue to do so), no other series has sold well enough to maintain a series.

 

I don't see the points of reading comics if companies will reveal the plot before the issues even come out. I'm getting tired of finding out days weeks and now months in the advance of issues. Any and all surprise goes out of the reading.

those were the best. The early IDW books had nicely done ones with character too.

 

IDW got extremely boring/confusing after Simon..... It's a real shame, too.

Chaos art looks awesome. I can kinda agree that I wish they kept Deceptigod a secret, but it looks great! Loving Megatron's design as well.
