I thought the same thing! I just got mine yesterday but haven't opened it. Certainly the shield and stand are the same but the figure does look simple and more screen accurate than the ka one. Also I reaaaalllllly hope it doesn't have the flimsy crotch because of the mobile vehicle mode.
But I bet I can reuse the shield bits for this one :)

I didn't bother transforming it, but nothing about the crotch felt particularly weird or anything. Not familiar with the Ver. Ka release though.

Think they will ever do the Thunderbolt series figures? I bet they would be pricy with so many accessories and articulation.

Dunno. Personally I'm more interested in them finishing the Unicorn and Narrative suits.

Fuck me...we're actually getting a Psycho Doga? There goes my firm "Only buy the main protagonist/antagonist mobile suits" policy. All I've wanted for decades is a line up of all of the Beltorchika's Children MS designs.

Not anywhere on my list of something I wanted them to make, but I appreciate their effort.

Just ordered, the GP01 and GP02. I haven't bought an RD since the original Sinanju so I can't wait to try one of these ver ANIME line RDs.

Good to hear. The GP02A has been one of my all time favorite MS, but most toys or models had a hard time dealing with the bulk or properly carrying his shield. I've grown to like the regular GP01, but I think it's really sweet Bandai threw in an effect part where both of their beam sabers are clashing.  I fear this could be a rabbit hole to go down.

These are well worth chasing the rabbit. If I had to sell off my stuff for some reason these would go last probably.

Nice, looks like the lupus rex is still slated for a May 28th release. With all of the postage restrictions lately, DHL will probably be the way to go.
