Finally received my Moducase, and it took a whole day to put it together along with cabling. Quite happy with it, worth the long waiting time (took 14 months):

Opted for spotlight instead of strip light. Pure white.

This page has all of the dimensions and shows what you can get.
I think it is a "Sixth" series based on the size of metal builds he's got in them. Im sure @Spinach will tell us all of the details :)

    Yeah I got the SIXTH165 series x4

Dimensions per stack are 165cm x 49cm x 45cm. They all come with either led strip lights or spotlights, with the option of warm or natural white.

So are those two responsible on how the figures will look like or do they decide also what gets developed?

They are the ones responsible for the overall development, from choosing which Mobile Suit shall be developed to what it will look like in order to be appealing and correct up to the standard of the line, in collaboration with the original mecha designers and the staff. If google translation might seem a bit rough just tell me.

Thanks. So now I know to whom I should direct my disdain every time a new striker pack, another Exia, and another Astray frame is announced instead of a main character MS to complete a line. :D

I would put money on the reissue including the funnels, but priced closer to 1500 usd at us retailers.

Reissuing the Nu but not funnels would not be wise... BUT this is Bandai we are taking about here after all.

So that one guy is why we don’t have standard Metal Build releases of the Nu Gundam and Sazabi? Not very popular in my book. I hate the Metal Structure line. I feel we are stuck with stupidly overpriced and anally over detailed models that are not really action figures but diecast models that aren’t even really made for posing.

Bandai is known to differentiate among its lines, for example when Deatscythe MRS came out, the magazines were talking about the Gundam FIx Fiuration Metal Composite Deathscythe Early Color Ver. in order to not compromise neither of them. In the same fashion they released Nu Gundam in the Metal Structure line while providing the Hi Nu Gundam as Metal Build.
2 different models to appeal every kind of fan without having competition on the same subject. As far as there will be rich customers willing to pay, there will always be luxury products.

Oh awesome, they're going to reissue the MS Nu! I sold mine off, but regretted it and looking to get it again.

That's why I pre-emptively bought the KO Fin Funnel set from Showz store. The quality is quite good, and at half the cost.
