I wondered about that, but I figured that since it transforms and the 3rd party stuff goes here, it would be OK.
Yeah, it's just too bad about that weak, purple plastic. Otherwise it could have been a gem of sturdy engineering.
Isn't that why we have a toyark section? I have seen people post reviews of their respective things in each thread. (revoltech, SoC, Figma, etc) Don't see how this is different. And btw, some of them are "transforming" too. So by definition either all of those review should be here, or yours should be over there.
Well, until a mod steps in, we won't know, will we? I'm of the position that the overall spirit is to show off and review "cool toys" with a heavy emphasis on the transformation gimmick (thus, action masters could also be reviewed here). Once the figures are in hand, I think it hardly matters who the manufacturer was.
I wonder if superglue or nail polish on the joints would work, but I'm speculating. Still this thing is awesome and the review was too.
The thing is, it's really soft plastic. Even if you bump up the plug size, it'll still bend its way out.
Nice review, you should get the Drago Wing to go with him. Hope to see more Dinozaurs/Dinozone reviews.
Dinozaur figures are fairly low on my list of priorities right now, but perhaps eventually. I've never actually seen Dragowing on Ebay, though it's been a while since I've looked. How much does it usually go for?
Drago Wing I believe is quite rare. He barely came out in the US I think near the tail end of the line, and was only available in a 2 pack with GiganoDragon. I was fortunate enough to find a misb Japanese version, but he wasn't cheap.
