'Balance' changes supposedly have been made

    If you read the ticker tape thingy on the multiplayer menus, as well as mentioning the DLC it says some abilities have been re-balanced thanks to user feedback...

    So where are they getting this feedback from? I for one would like to know why I can't remap my controls and why I'm forced to listen to morons eating crisps on headset.

    They are likely pulling their feedback from their Facebook page and various transformers and video game websites. I would not be surprised if these boards were one of their main feedback resources.

    I'm on PS3, and the message only seems to have appeared in the last couple of hours (as far as I can tell). I didn't notice any balance changes in the actual game, and I wasn't able to read the last part of the message as it's too long and the game begins too fast each time.

    BS to you too, HIM666whatever.

    I'd appreciate it if other people could mentioned the mic and remapping issues :)

    Did they fix this address? It hasn't been working for those of us who tried contact High Moon Studios in regards to online issues.

    The game is balanced just fine. People just like to complain when they die running up on a Whirlwinding soldier, or a War-Cry afflicted Leader. The same people who treat every game mode like free-for-all Deathmatch.

    ...if this were true, would the game have been re-balanced? I hope they fixed whirlwind, as it hits up low, mid and high (even those standing on top of boxes--it hits me anyway). For this reason, I run away from soldiers using whirlwind.

    I think everyone is going to have a different opinion on whether or not the game is balanced. Those who aren't good at certain classes will want them beefed up. Those who get killed a lot by certain classes will want them nerfed. Some people will think they're too weak/strong and others will just tell them to learn how to play. I don't think I've seen any unanimous opinions on any weapons/classes.

    I probably haven't played MP enough to really give a strong opinon on balance issues but I think so far it's pretty good the way it is.

    I wouldn't know anything about whether that email address works... it hasn't given me a delivery failure yet though.

    Does anyone know of a way to contact HM Studios that actually DOES work?

    If any change was made I expect Whirlwind got nerfed. Being able to hit an enemy at close to mid range at low-med-high and taking much less damage than you would really made it too easy to rack up cheap kills on classes that have no way of escaping if you do it randomly in a fight.

    No game is balanced out of the box. Try as they might have, gamers will find an exploit and will use it to their advantage. Gamers want to win, and most will do whatever it takes to do just that. Leveling the playing field is a nice touch.

    I don't expect major changes, but I look forward to seeing what changes were made, though I think they'll be small (I probably won't even notice them).

    EDIT:

    What I want fixed more than anything is the lag I have with command input. For Online play, I connect my PS3 to my Ethernet cable to reduce lag as much as I can, but I'm still experiencing lag via my controller--there is a noticeable delay in what I'm inputting and what's actually happening.

    I've tried everything I can to correct this--setting my TV to 720p and also game mode--but the problem still exists:(

    I don't think that's a problem with the game, sounds more like a hardware or connection issue. I play on PS3 and have never experienced this.

    Seeing that other games don't have this issue, I see it as a problem with the game. Tekken 6 has crazy button input timing and I can play this wirelessly without fail.

    The only outstanding thing was Scientists not getting points for being kredit-to-team and healing folks and that Warcry basically made you god even if you were alone. See if we can spot the differences...or hell it would be kind of them to list them.
