    Well being a complete Sideswipe fanatic, I wanted the figure to be as accurate as possible. But I must say I thought I was the only one who noticed those subtleties. Guess my mom was wrong...I ain't that special after all.;)

    KFC hands for sideswipe? Were they hard to attach? Were the originals hard to remove?
    Do they uns peg in securely?
    Do they hinder transformation?
    Takara certainly cleaned up the back of the forearms better.
    Who knows. Maybe Takra will do a Sideswipe/Red Alert 2.0 to better match their Sunstreaker.

    Yes I used KFC hands. They were not hard to put on per se..... There was some trimming and sanding of the mushroom peg. The stock hands are pretty easy to remove.
    once you trim the mushroom peg down to the right size, they will peg in very securely.
    They do not hinder transformation, but it is a bit of a tight fit.... Hope that helps.

    I don't think that these guys sold well enough for justify repaints.

    I'm sure they sold well enough for them. I doubt they'll do repaints since even Takara's MP repaints of the Sideswipe mold have not sold well.

    Personally, I want a Tigertrack repaint. (For some reason, I have no interest in Sideswipe, but show me a Tigertrack, and....)

    Well...drat. Maybe since Steamroll was designed to go with TT Sunstreaker, they will bring out a yellow version when TT gets around to a red Sunstreaker. Maybe.
