Wow. I must have bought one of the last of TF Source's stock. I bought it for my brother for his birthday. He told me he was holding off on it because of other hobby expenses. I have this feeling this is going to be a pain to acquire later. Brothers need to be on the shelf.  

 

I would. I'm fairly new to collecting MP figures and I've learned that, especially with 3P figures, is that if you want it you should probably get it as there is no guarantee it'll be available later.

I have zero interest in Spin-Out sadly. He looks very chugsterpiece, and for everyone who went on and on about its "realistic" alt-mode; he ended up being smaller than Sideswipe in alt mode and has painted on vents. Oh. And painted headlights :/.

Everything about it looks cheap, to me, in my opinion. I am also not a fan of Spin-Out's huge barrel chest and head (SunSurge has one of the most handsome TF faces I have ever seen).

But I am interested in seeing omni's next bot.

 

This post serves no purpose since you obviously aren't interested in Sunsurge. Maybe you should stay in the Spin-out thread? Just a thought.

And it may or may not have be a product of the Keith Acadamy of Nearly-there-is-all-you-get-for-your-money (Spence says it is, nobody including the designer has denied it) has details deleted for cost cutting, is undersized and STILL isn't on a definite release date anywhere.

We had a release date which was pushed because he found an unacceptable gap in the feet of what was supposed to have been the final test. There is no reason to think he won't be out very soon.

I believe the Chosen Prime had him on his release calander for late last month. Obviously that didn't happen, but all indications are that he is very close now.

 

Still, I am sure my Blaze aka Diaclone repaint will arrive before they release anything at this point.

 

I liked Spinout quite well but all the production shortcuts kinda killed the alt mode for me. Faux wheel vents, faux side vents, painted headlights, etc. - it would look quite crude next to MP Sideswipe in vehicle mode.

Picked up Sunsurge after seeing the final product with all the goofs.

 

Except that a number of people have seemingly cancelled preorders due to "what can you do?" compromises to the design in the final test shots. I'm hopeful that another delay is correcting those details.
