The shins and forearms are big, they don't look human. The body is blocky too... The closer look to a "nude male" body are some of the Bayverse designs.

 

And Windblade has big shoulders which aren't exactly accurate to humans. Plus, the reason Prime is blocky is because they're basically building off his G1 look. Windblade was originally introduced with a rounder silhouette and that's what is emphasized here in this statue. If you look past the blocky aesthetic, it's clear Prime was created with the mindset of an "ideal" (well, an exaggerated version of one to be more accurate) body.

 

For real... If I say an orange is orange you would say it is white.

 

Weird choice that of all Decepticons they chose Wingspan, maybe the next one will have Pounce.

Both Wingspan and Cutthroat have very similar heads and wings, but I think the colours on this statue are closer to Wingspan's white rather than Cutthroat's beige, and it's also missing Cutthroat's green, so I think it is Wingspan.

 

Stunning!  Too rich for my blood, especially as a static statue but stunning nonetheless

Well the scene it is presumably based on from the IDW Windblade miniseries it was Cutthroat (and the other Terrorcons) maybe they changed the colours to be more generic/for artistic reasons to just be a genericon as you suggest?

Edit: You know, this also looks pretty cool as imagining what she'd probably look like in a live action movie  

 

At first I was like "Oh that looks neat, could I get one?"

Then I remembered their prices for them.  

 

Holy crap! Windblade is looking awesome! The additional thrusters on her wings, the astetics of the design, two friggin swords! I'd so buy this if I got twice of what I was making now!

I don't see the problem with her having an ideal human form, I mean look at AOE/TLK Optimus, he is built like a Greek God and I like that design.

Yes, I know, but the sculpt+angle makes me think the artist had something else in mind. That's not a very bird-like "appendage".

 

You're making assumptions about the mindset of the artist based on something you perceived when misunderstanding what you were looking at.

Also, that bird doesn't look much like a bird, it's an alien robot pretending to be a bird-like thing. So it having a long tail like that is okay.

 

I want this so bad but will no doubt be well above my budget right now.
