I meant it in terms of "don't act pre-outraged in anticipation of people being outraged". I wasn't intending to say anything about the product itself, although in retrospect, I can see how my generalized statement could be misconstrued to that effect.

 

In that case, very much in agreement!   Let the creators/designers be.......creative! No mental blocks whatever (well, they have to contend with the budget that is). But given how those hi end statues are going for, not everyone of us have that too much disposable income on hand (wish that statue Windblade could be made into an action master of sort though)

Any idea on price for these??? I know it's probably going to be astronomical... damn China/Taiwan/Hong Kong collectors and their boatloads of cash to burn   my conservative guess would be at least $1000.

 

She's badass! But I doubt if I'll be able to buy it, probably be very expensive and I doubt I'd have the space to put her  

 

TFormers.com has the Starscream being priced at the lowest so far as the Starscream from $1580-$1675 and Optimus and Bludgen being $1750-$2085. Nothing on the Windblade yet. Since they're 2.5 feet tall can't say I'm suppressed.

I like Windblade as a character but this just looks more like a halo 5 spartan than a transformer. I get artistic freedom and all, but hey, at least keep it semi transformers like. I am ok with semi sexual like cause she is female but don't go full on full on weeb bot. Make her more like her original form where we can tell she is female with certain features but still cybertronian and badass.

It looks great for a cool cyborg! but a bit too human for a robot... case in point: it shouldn't have a well rounded female ass for example...

 

Shouldn't have a human-like face either, if that's where you're coming from.

 

Have you ever heard of Maria from Metropolis? Or the lady Armaroid from Cobra? Cyborg or not this isn't a new thing and there isn't really an issue with it. They also have faces as @mx-01 archon points out, they have noses, they have facial hair, they have lots of things robots arguably shouldn't have, so... Windblade also has robotic geisha hair and makeup, which is immediately more noticeable than any other thing.

 

Too me it's funny, because "male" transformers statues aren't depicted with ideal human male proportions, only the "females".

 

Large chests, big arms, and a chiseled abdomen as seen on their other statues aren't ideal human male proportions?

I mean, have you seen their Optimus?
