Not sure if this is news-worthy, feel free to delete if not.

I found the Autobot United pack at TRU in Ontario, to my knowledge I've only seen one other sighting reported on cybertron.ca, from the exact same store.

Hopefully, this means that a US store release is imminent. I already have those in the mass single releases but damn that premium paint and Prime's faceplate make it hard to want to pass this up.

IIRC, they are BBTS/Amazon exclusives in the US, unless they've changed plans since ComicCon.

Hasbro really needs to stop with all the online exclusives.

I don't think they have an overly large amount of online exclusives, but it's a bit frustrating when stuff like this or Amazon Unicron isn't available in stores but orange Roadbuster and YOTH Starscream clog up shelves. I can understand it though, as popular items would be less likely to not sell out and take up warehouse space. I mean, BBTS still has a bunch of the Dark Energon figures that were originally scheduled for Walmart or Target or whatever it was, and they're not even selling on clearance. I'd bet online retailers, or any retailers for that matter like to have exclusives that just take up space they could be using to store other more popular items.

    $149.99 for the US.

They will be released through TRU in the states as well.

Man, as much as I like my Deluxe Crosshairs that one looks WAY better. It's kind of impressive what a handful of paint apps can do in a situation like this.

$135-150? Total pass. It'd be cheaper to import the specific figure you wanted from Japan... and that's just SAD. :(

I guess Hasbro has the goal of bridging the Takara/Hasbro price gap. Good for them! :thumb
