There are universes out there that are constantly at war. There are universes that lack conflict. But the universe of Galdex 917.26 and related streams, the perfect balance is achieved. Once considered Outliers by the Functionist Philosophers of Cybertron, Cybertronians with powers beyond the scope of their alt mode soon grew more and more common as time went on. Soon, these powers were given the name of Talents, and many who develop such abilities decide to use their abilities to help society in times of discord and disaster, becoming the heroes to new generations. And the most well-known organization of Heroes is the guild known as the Autobots… This is the story of those who were inspired to follow in their footsteps. ------------GAME START------------ Today was the big day for quite a few people at Iacon Spaceport. The place was packed with a selection of young and old, many of the young folks ready to start their new lives, many of the older people about to say a tearful goodbye to their children and companions, and those who had been here before just wishing that boarding would get started already. The mighty transport ship responsible for the transport of the students, the Xanthium, was just at the end of the maintenance cycles and was almost ready to board. Indeed, when the call would come, the students, both young and the old, would be ready for their trip to the distant colony of Akadeimos, where they'd attend the Autobot Elite Guard Academy, the forging site of legends themselves. But what sort of tearful goodbyes would the raw material for those legends be having? Well, that's where your story begins... "Alright pal, third year. Are you ready?" a tall silver cybertronian asked. "Ready as I'll ever be." a young red bot replied "I'll make you proud, you guys!" he said as he was walking to the Xantium. "You already did, Rad." he said to his child. Somewhere in the whole crowd a young purple flyer walked rather uncertainty. For him the whole Autobot Academy thing seemed really threatening but was the only way for him to fuly understand his power. He walked slowly to the Xantium, without anyone to send him off, he entered the ship and took a seat.
A young blue and black flier entered the Xantium before he looked over each of the new students. He himself was one and noted most of them were freshmen like himself. Taking a seat, he looked out the window at his sire, who nodded once with a smile. A few rows back, a blue, red, and white mech was leaning back in his seat with a cocky smile on his face. He had his sword on his back and he too was a flier. He had gotten in with his swordsmanship and now he was going to prove why he was the best out there.
A young red Autobot shuffle through the crowd, saying a delighted "Hello!" to everyone he met. The bot would accidently bump into Rad. "Hi! I'm Hosehead! Nice to meet you!" he said, joyfully. Up ahead, a back and crimson mech sat on a seat, reading through a database intensely. Across, a blue, grey and dark red mech started out of the window, having never been in a starship before. "Awesome!"
A white helicopter bot with red and green stripes was sitting upside down within the Xantium, staring at the seats in front of him, trying to figure out what use the parts within them would be to him should the need arise.
"Oh, hi. My name is Rad, it comes from radical disruption, I don't really know why but that's what my dad told me." he replied while scratching the back of his head.
"I volunteered, you know. Didn't get paid, but was more than a hobby." Hosehead shuffles forward with the crowd.
A white bot with orange and blue stripes walks over to the Xantium. He notices all the bots heading there. His mother waves to him. "Make us proud Longshot!!!" "Mom, stop embarrassing me. I'm already SO ready for this. Sheesh." He walks on to board the Xantium but not before noticing a fembot with Blue colors. "she looks cute." He walks on and onto the Xantium.
Longshot walks into the ship and notices a Green and Red flier looking person sitting upside down. "Hey! What're you doing? Enjoying the view? "
"REMINDER" A loud voice resonated throughout the shuttle and the surrounding area, "STUDENTS OF THE FRESHMEN GRADE BOARD THE BOTTOM FLOOR OF THE SHUTTLES. STUDENTS OF THE SOPHMORE GRADE BOARD FLOOR 3, STUDENTS OF THE JUNIOR GRADE BOARD FLOOR 2, STUDENTS OF THE SENIOR GRADE BOARD FLOOR 1. THANK YOU."
Roadblock heard a resounding voice echo through the loading area. "That's my que." And with that, he jumps into alt-mode and drives to the 3rd Floor. "See you soon." says a Grey and Orange Bot. ((his best friend)) Not getting an answer from the weird Helicopter bot, Longshot just forgot it and moved on. Looking around the bottom floor, Longshot looked at the ticket he recieved. "Seat 46 row 5 huh. guess I gotta find that." Longshot wandered around a little more, activating his targeting monocle to see if he could find his seat.
An orange and yellow truck speeded through the crowds, trying to get to the shuttle on time. "I won't be late, not again!" it said as it entered the shuttle. He transformed and looked around, it heard the calling and went to floor 3. "Seat 73... 71, 72, ah yes, 73" he said to himself while trying not to look awkward doing it and sat down. Rad entered the shuttle and went to floor 2. "Row 2, seat 13. Goddamit unlucky 13, again?!" he was unpleasantly suprised that he always gets the 13th seat for 3 years straight. Misfire was already sitting and awaiting the departure, looking through the window.
Longshot noticed a purple and Pinkish bot sitting a row behind where he was supposed to be sitting. ((In thought)) "Well. Here's 46. Might as well make myself aquainted." "Hi there! Name's Longshot. What's your name?"
Next to Misfire and Longshot, the red, white, and blue mech smiled. "Name's Saber. Freshman year, and aiming to be the best 'bot out there." He said as he looked at them. Saber hefted his sword as well. "I'm also quite good with the sword." Not that far off, the blue and black flier, Mach Dart, leaned back and tried to get some sleep. If he was going to be as good as he could be, then it was best to get some rest before arrival.
Misfire tried to ignore them, he was feeling really anxious. He wasn't the talkative type and after what happened to his mother, he became really introspective.
