Have been for a while now. It's perhaps not as wide-spread over here as it is in the 'States, but it's getting more and more common - mainline RotB Prime was often missing one or both chest windows (sometimes one would have just been dropped in the box).

Finally picked him up discounted (luckily he isn’t yellow out of the box as I’ve heard). Still salty I never picked up Breakdown but at least I have Drag Strip on the way.

 

The discolouration was from a handful of batches, none of which were sighted in Australia (I am more than ever convinced that it is a regional pollution issue).

 

Not to sound like a downer but my first Motormaster had yellowing issues straight from the box. Second one was perfectly fine though.
