Marvel's Vulture from a few years back is the worst I've seen. Just about every figure was headless, no matter the store.

The thing I don't get is my recent sighting was from different stores that I regularly visit. If my memory serves me correct:
    Skullgrin - JB HiFi Highpoint
    Kickback - Myer Highppoint
SG Soundwave - JB HiFi Watergardens(?)

The "spoiler" figures proved that doesn't help much. People just open the boxes and take stuff out - it's not just the ones that are returned which cause problems. Sometimes they aren't even subtle about getting in, either.

maybe the stores could start doing what kmart and some other places have been and start putting those little alarm anti-theft thingies on the boxes.

besides if memory serves, most aussie retailers don't resell returned products

Spider Wrap only deters thieves from walking out of the store with the whole package.

It does nothing to stop a jerk from gouging open the package in store and snatching out anything they can grab.

It's a systemic problem that stems from a lack of respect for others, not something a department store can fix with security devices or a toy manufacturer can fix with different packaging.
People need to realise their actions impact others and try to be a little more considerate when they have selfish or lazy impulses.

Sorry... I've worked in retail an embarrassingly long time and I'm burnt out on the things people do out of laziness and ignorance.

so i'm guessing that kmart will be carrying the walmart capulse line (revealed today to be a line full of figures based on canned G2 redecos) like they did netflix and velocitron?

I'd say yes. Though this subline is going to be an easy pass for me as not interested in G2 decos (Think only G2 figures I have are Road Rocket, Jhiaxus and Sandstorm)

This. I'll buy characters unique to G2, but re-colours are of no interest to me.

However, I recommend that people buy toys that are in a Walmart capsule from Asian retailers instead of waiting for them to show up on Kmart's shelves. I think it was well worth having paid a little bit more given the debacle that was Cosmos (because I have a Cosmos, and a lot of Australian collectors don't). Plus plenty of people also could not get hold of Crasher or Shadowstrip; Kmart's distribution of the second wave was spotty.

Hi all. Has anyone seen N.E.S.T Ratchet and N.E.S.T Bonecrusher in Australia yet? I assume Target will get them like the previous Buzzworthy Bumblebee releases?

Just touching back on this... Rumble is currently showing on AmazonAU as a US import for $33.07. It's overpriced, but not as overpriced as some of the other options (and free shipping for Prime), so I decided to jump on it this time. I saw it briefly for around the same a few days back and it disappeared quick so I don't expect this to last long.

So if Rumble starts showing up on pegs in stores in about a month (which is the earliest delivery estimate)... you're welcome.

They may simply not have been able to. So far as we know, Hasbro Australia has not made it available here.
