    The figure was... released in the US in December, and in Canada in January.

    I'm thinking that it is probably just another shipment of units of the same production run to HK, as it would be too soon for a reissue (another production run), particularly of an non-iconic character.
    With the amount of time it would take to do a production run and ship them out to another country, it would be more than 3 months, so this could just be a 3 month delay of stock due to Chinese New Year and Covid-19.
