my respects to donocropolis for his awesome vision and work. I just had to make one myself.

I also wanted cherry red but canadian tire didn't have any. So I used Krylon Pepper Red for it which i'm glad i got since most of my other customs already have cherry red. I got mine for a very low price cause it *sob* (lol) didn't have the characters. i may add future on it when i have time.

Looks great! I forgot to take picture of the back fender on mine but it came out just like yours. Very cool. donocropolis started something very cool.

 

Now that's a cold piece of flat out cool.  

 

Thanks. I made sure to do mist coat then thicken as well. too bad i just saw TTT's tutorial just now. i might try his wet sanding to give it more oomph!

the wife bought the toys and did some of the masking. (baby, if you're reading this hint hint -cough buy me more. lol)

 

yeah. damn right he did. i read about the ben10 toy as well. I'm also waiting for superquad7 to make his move on these. i checked out hisstank and saw cool custom MASK figures from GI joes.

Looks great, man! That pepper red came out really nice. Love the camera work as well. The two shots of Matt Trakker posing with the car off in the background are especially well done.

This looks REALLY nice, buddy   I really like the fact that yours doesn't look hooky like the original Thunderhawk (yep, I said it. I'm a huge M.A.S.K. fan, so I feel like I can get by with that  ). I do think you should use some Future to really make this thing zing.

Yes, you should try his wetsanding . . . .  

 

Don't hold your breath. I think at this point I'd be inclined to commission you to make this for me before I'd make it myself. I really like it, but I'm so backlogged as it is  

 

you should retire from alts and bts (only for a little while) to do them. seriously i'd would love to see more m.a.s.k. customs. i know i'm in the wrong forum but coming from you that would be soooo awesome.
