Well that episode was thankfully a vast improvement over the last two. Still not spectacular, but a step in the right direction. Nice to see him wearing his costume again. Like Flash, I really hope with them getting past this past stuff allows the writers to take a new direction with the show next season.
I thought the ending was anticlimactic and i'm getting sick of the villain letting themselves get captured.
Based on the smirk Chase had in the Argus cell, I have a feeling there's more to his story before the season finale...
Yeah. It's reason he surrendered. Daddy didn't love him. They're really pushing the whole dark reflection thing between GA and Prometheus.
interesting ... they said he isn´t the prometheus from the comics but he seems to fill the same role ... in there he was a twisted reflection of batman ... criminal parents killed by the cops ... swore to fight justice ...
He's smirking because despite the fact that he's locked up, his accomplices (Talia & Evelyn) are still out there ready to carry on his work. A fact that Team Arrow has overlooked in their pursuit and capture of Prometheus.
I say yesss that the season V Antagonist award goes to ... Chase who took team Arrow and William while inside a cell. If we're still talking about chess, he truly is the fastest man alive (minus the SpeedForce).
Black Canary/Black Siren face-off next week? I'm eager to see that! I'm curious, Chase and his own "Legion of Doom" took all of Oliver's teammates except for one: Ragman I hope that Rory finally found a way to fix his suit so that he can make a surprise return in Lian Yu and turn the tide in Oliver's favor or save William in the mainland next week.
"Oliver, you are getting dumber." THANK YOU MERLYN!!!!! It is about time someone has finally pointed out the biggest issue this show has been having for the last few seasons. I liked this episode even though it was flawed. Chase is such a boring villain and he isn't anything new. The ending has me excited for next week's episode though. About time WB let them bring Deathstroke back! I hope this means this childish embargo is over and WB has finally come to their senses. I did also like how they used Black Siren against Quentin.
I heard there is actually no embrago and that WB actually lets them use the characters they want ... ... that killing or writing off the movie characters was the television producer´s decicion
So their entire Suicide Squad plot that they wrote and were getting ready to film during Seaosn 3's second half when WB told them to stop was not due to an embargo? Why would they sabotage their own show at the last minute?
Not sure what time-slot it'll be in, but Arrow is oing to be moving to Thursdays this fall. Were they told to drop it? I heard they decided not to do the story on their own.
They were forced to, they had to kill a couple extra Harly cameos and get rid of the Deadshot and Waller. Deathstroke was embargoed due to him originally being the villain in The Batman, but WB has since changed their mind on his inclusion in the film. Likely why the CW can use him again.
Arrow is now 9PM on Thursday next year. That is going to make the crossover annoying. "Check out our new 2 night plus another night the day after event."
Ok... got a link to any of this info? hmmm... Is Supernatural staying in the 8pm Thursday slot? or is it moving as well?
That stinks! I always work late on a Thursday. And hasn't Arrow had the same time slot since it started? (I could be wrong, of course.)
